| CVE-2025-11731 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Hummingbird, Openshift | 2026-06-30 | 3.1 Low |
| A flaw was found in the exsltFuncResultComp() function of libxslt, which handles EXSLT <func:result> elements during stylesheet parsing. Due to improper type handling, the function may treat an XML document node as a regular XML element node, resulting in a type confusion. This can cause unexpected memory reads and potential crashes. While difficult to exploit, the flaw could lead to application instability or denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2025-7424 | 2 Redhat, Xmlsoft | 5 Enterprise Linux, Hummingbird, Openshift and 2 more | 2026-06-29 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in the libxslt library. The same memory field, psvi, is used for both stylesheet and input data, which can lead to type confusion during XML transformations. This vulnerability allows an attacker to crash the application or corrupt memory. In some cases, it may lead to denial of service or unexpected behavior. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53052 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-06-27 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ASoC: qcom: qdsp6: topology: check widget type before accessing data Check widget type before accessing the private data, as this could a virtual widget which is no associated with a dsp graph, container and module. Accessing witout check could lead to incorrect memory access. | ||||
| CVE-2026-23346 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-06-19 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: arm64: io: Extract user memory type in ioremap_prot() The only caller of ioremap_prot() outside of the generic ioremap() implementation is generic_access_phys(), which passes a 'pgprot_t' value determined from the user mapping of the target 'pfn' being accessed by the kernel. On arm64, the 'pgprot_t' contains all of the non-address bits from the pte, including the permission controls, and so we end up returning a new user mapping from ioremap_prot() which faults when accessed from the kernel on systems with PAN: | Unable to handle kernel read from unreadable memory at virtual address ffff80008ea89000 | ... | Call trace: | __memcpy_fromio+0x80/0xf8 | generic_access_phys+0x20c/0x2b8 | __access_remote_vm+0x46c/0x5b8 | access_remote_vm+0x18/0x30 | environ_read+0x238/0x3e8 | vfs_read+0xe4/0x2b0 | ksys_read+0xcc/0x178 | __arm64_sys_read+0x4c/0x68 Extract only the memory type from the user 'pgprot_t' in ioremap_prot() and assert that we're being passed a user mapping, to protect us against any changes in future that may require additional handling. To avoid falsely flagging users of ioremap(), provide our own ioremap() macro which simply wraps __ioremap_prot(). | ||||
| CVE-2026-12390 | 1 Azeotech | 1 Daqfactory | 2026-06-18 | 7.8 High |
| In AzeoTech DAQFactory versions 21.1 and prior, a Type Confusion vulnerability can be exploited by an attacker using specially crafted .ctl files which can result in code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-12298 | 1 Mozilla | 2 Firefox, Thunderbird | 2026-06-18 | 5.4 Medium |
| Memory safety bug fixed in Firefox 152. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 152, Firefox ESR 140.12, Thunderbird 152, and Thunderbird 140.12. | ||||
| CVE-2026-8358 | 1 The Document Foundation | 1 Libreoffice | 2026-06-18 | 6.6 Medium |
| LibreOffice Calc can import tracked changes from a spreadsheet document. A heap buffer overflow existed when a document reused the same change identifier for two different kinds of change. The importer then treated one change object as a different, larger type and wrote past the end of its allocation. In fixed versions records with a duplicate identifier are rejected. | ||||
| CVE-2026-12299 | 1 Mozilla | 2 Firefox, Thunderbird | 2026-06-18 | 5.4 Medium |
| JIT miscompilation in the DOM: Core & HTML component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 152, Firefox ESR 140.12, Firefox ESR 115.37, Thunderbird 152, and Thunderbird 140.12. | ||||
| CVE-2026-0162 | 1 Google | 1 Android | 2026-06-17 | 8.8 High |
| In ParsePayloads of AudioSdpParser.cpp, there is a possible memory corruption due to type confusion. This could lead to remote code execution with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. | ||||
| CVE-2025-24129 | 1 Apple | 6 Ipados, Iphone Os, Macos and 3 more | 2026-06-17 | 7.5 High |
| A type confusion issue was addressed with improved checks. This issue is fixed in iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3, macOS Sequoia 15.3, macOS Sonoma 14.7.5, macOS Ventura 13.7.5, tvOS 18.3, visionOS 2.3. An attacker on the local network may cause an unexpected app termination. | ||||
| CVE-2026-6047 | 1 The Document Foundation | 1 Libreoffice | 2026-06-16 | 5.0 Medium |
| LibreOffice can import documents in the OOXML format (DOCX). A heap buffer overflow existed when replaying deferred parser events for a text box element. A handler object was assumed to be of one type and written to at that type's field layout, but it could be a smaller object, so the write landed past the end of the allocation. In fixed versions the type is checked before the write. | ||||
| CVE-2026-45600 | 1 Microsoft | 8 Windows 11 24h2, Windows 11 24h2, Windows 11 25h2 and 5 more | 2026-06-15 | 7.8 High |
| Access of resource using incompatible type ('type confusion') in Windows Kernel-Mode Drivers allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. | ||||
| CVE-2026-47131 | 1 Patriksimek | 1 Vm2 | 2026-06-13 | 10 Critical |
| vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to version 3.11.4, by combining Buffer.call.call({}.__lookupGetter__, Buffer, "__proto__"), Buffer.call.call({}.__lookupSetter__, Buffer, "__proto__"), and Node.js's ERR_INVALID_ARG_TYPE Error, the host's TypeError constructor can be obtained, which allows the escape from the sandbox. This allows attackers to run arbitrary code. This issue has been patched in version 3.11.4. | ||||
