CVE-2026-95806 1 Misp 1 Misp 2026-09-22 N/A
MISP ships with PHP's phar stream wrapper registered in both its web entry point and its console entry point.  The phar stream wrapper causes PHP to treat a phar archive as a directory, which has two security consequences:    - any filesystem operation on a caller-influenced path that resolves to a phar archive triggers an implicit unserialize() call, creating a deserialization sink;  - a relocated application root can reach executable code inside an uploaded phar file, enabling arbitrary code execution as the web user. No component of MISP, the vendored CakePHP framework, or any runtime-loaded library reads or constructs phar archives. The wrapper therefore serves no legitimate purpose in the MISP runtime and exists solely as an available primitive for an attacker who can influence a filesystem path argument.
CVE-2026-95665 1 Misp 1 Misp 2026-09-22 N/A
MISP contains a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the event REST search export confirmation form. The view template app/View/Events/ajax/eventRestSearchExportConfirmationForm.ctp renders a URL-supplied event ID list into a single-quoted JavaScript string literal using PHP's json_encode() without any hex-encoding flags. By default, json_encode() escapes double quotes and backslashes but does not escape single quotes. Because the JavaScript string is delimited by single quotes, an attacker can inject a single-quote character to terminate the string literal and execute arbitrary JavaScript in the victim's browser session. The vulnerability affects the Default and UiBeta themes, both of which render this view. The Overmind theme's own copy of the form already passed the value through an escaped data attribute and was not affected by this specific sink. Preconditions: the victim must be an authenticated MISP user and must actively open or navigate to the attacker-crafted URL. The attacker does not require an account or any prior access to the MISP instance. Security impact: successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary JavaScript in the context of the MISP web application, potentially leading to session hijacking, unauthorized actions performed on behalf of the victim, exfiltration of sensitive data visible in the session, or further client-side attacks. The vulnerable component's own confidentiality, integrity, and availability are not directly compromised; the impact is on the underlying user session.
CVE-2026-89407 1 Fasterxml 1 Jackson-core 2026-09-22 7.5 High
NumberInput.looksLikeValidNumber() in FasterXML jackson-core pre-validates "stringified numbers" with two regular expressions: PATTERN_FLOAT ([+-]?[0-9]*[\.]?[0-9]+([eE][+-]?[0-9]+)?), present since 2.17.0, and PATTERN_FLOAT_TRAILING_DOT, added in 2.17.2. PATTERN_FLOAT places adjacent quantifiers over the same character class -- an optional [0-9]* run, an optional dot, then a required [0-9]+ run -- so input that ultimately fails to match forces Java's backtracking engine to retry every possible split point of the digit run.  Matching cost therefore grows with the square of the input length.  An attacker who can supply JSON that an application deserializes into a numeric target type reaches this method through jackson-databind's default String-to-number coercion (StdDeserializer and NumberDeserializers for BigDecimal, BigInteger, Double and Float).  Because StreamReadConstraints.maxStringLength defaults to 20,000,000 characters, no constraint bounds the input before it reaches the regex.  Testing by the reporter confirmed O(n^2) growth across five consecutive input-size doublings, with a single 160,000-character string consuming roughly 74 seconds in one call; a small number of concurrent requests of ordinary body size can therefore exhaust a server's request-handling thread pool.  The affected method does not exist before 2.17.0, so 2.16.x and earlier releases are not affected.  The fix replaces both regular expressions with a hand-rolled single-pass scan.
CVE-2026-92706 1 Darkreader 1 Darkreader 2026-09-22 3.4 Low
Dark Reader is an accessibility browser extension that makes web pages colors dark. Prior to 4.9.126, a website can cause the browser extension's image inversion pipeline to request an unauthenticated icon-like bitmap from a locally running web server when the resource uses a known public-like HTTPS URL and is detected as requiring inversion. This behavior can cross the website-to-local-network boundary and disclose limited information associated with the requested resource. The darkreader npm package used for website integration is not affected. This issue is fixed in version 4.9.126 for Firefox and version 4.9.128 for other browsers.
CVE-2026-71345 1 Microsoft 26 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 23 more 2026-09-22 7.8 High
Out-of-bounds write in Windows Spaceport.sys allows an authorized attacker to execute code locally.
CVE-2026-71349 1 Microsoft 26 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 23 more 2026-09-22 6.8 Medium
Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Spaceport.sys allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code with a physical attack.
CVE-2026-71350 1 Microsoft 26 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 23 more 2026-09-22 6.8 Medium
Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Spaceport.sys allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code with a physical attack.
CVE-2026-77605 2026-09-22 7.8 High
Notepad++ is a free and open-source source code editor. Prior to 8.9.8, the Folder as Workspace Run by system action in Notepad++ can resolve a different sibling file than the file selected by the user. When an attacker places a command script whose name is the selected text-file path with .cmd appended, and the user invokes Run by system on the text file on Windows 10 or Windows 11, Notepad++ can execute the sibling script as the current user instead of opening the selected file. This issue is fixed in version 8.9.8.
CVE-2026-86054 2026-09-22 7.8 High
Notepad++ is a free and open-source source code editor. Prior to 8.9.8, Notepad++ contains a stack buffer overflow in NppParameters::writeSession in PowerEditor/src/Parameters.cpp because it copies a session path derived from -settingsDir= into backupPathName[MAX_PATH] with unbounded wcscpy and appends SESSION_BACKUP_EXT with unbounded wcscat. A sufficiently long settings directory causes the backup suffix to exceed the fixed stack buffer when Notepad++ saves the session, and the protected release build terminates through its stack canary, causing denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 8.9.8.
CVE-2026-85288 2026-09-22 6.7 Medium
Notepad++ is a free and open-source source code editor. Prior to 8.9.8, Notepad++ incompletely enforces shortcuts.xml HMAC validation because WM_MACRODLGRUNMACRO, the Run a Macro Multiple Times entry point, calls macroPlayback() without the validation used by command(). A tampered shortcuts.xml macro that is blocked through the Macro menu or a shortcut key can therefore execute through the multi-run dialog and invoke internal Notepad++ commands, including commands that launch external programs, in the current user context. This issue is fixed in version 8.9.8.
CVE-2026-85279 2026-09-22 8.6 High
Notepad++ is a free and open-source source code editor. Prior to 8.9.8, Notepad++ contains a stack buffer overflow in PluginsManager::loadPluginFromPath in PowerEditor/src/MISC/PluginsManager/PluginsManager.cpp because the plugin-supplied GetLexerCount() result controls a loop that writes to containers[30] without enforcing NB_MAX_EXTERNAL_LANG. A malicious or compromised plugin that reports more than 30 lexers can write beyond the stack array and corrupt control data, which can permit arbitrary code execution in the Notepad++ process context. This issue is fixed in version 8.9.8.
CVE-2026-93345 2026-09-22 7.5 High
MikroTik RouterOS before 7.25beta4 contains an improper input validation vulnerability in the labelled-VPN NLRI iterators of the routing service that allows an unauthenticated on-path attacker to crash the BGP service by sending a malformed MP_REACH_NLRI UPDATE message with a prefix-length value below the minimum valid for a labelled-VPN NLRI, which passes validation while describing a route with a negative-length address portion. Attackers can repeatedly send a single BGP UPDATE packet carrying a VPNv4 or VPNv6 NLRI with an out-of-bounds prefix-length to indefinitely hold down the BGP plane, causing session termination without a NOTIFICATION and triggering a service malfunction on the device.
CVE-2026-94384 1 Amazon 1 Amazon-connect-salesforce-lambda 2026-09-22 8.1 High
Missing authorization in Amazon amazon-connect-salesforce-lambda before 5.26 allows any IAM principal with lambda:InvokeFunction permission on the affected function to escalate privileges and perform AWS API operations that their own IAM identity is explicitly denied, via invocation of a Lambda function that dispatches caller-supplied parameters to privileged service APIs without authorization validation. To remediate this issue, we recommend upgrading to version 5.26 or later. After setup is complete, either delete or disable the sfExecuteAWSService function. If you retain the function, restrict invocation to the intended IAM user only.
CVE-2026-14644 1 Sonatype 2 Nexus Repository Manager, Nexus Repository Manager 3 2026-09-22 7.2 High
Nexus Repository 3 contained a privilege escalation vulnerability in the REST privileges API. An authenticated user with permission to manage privileges could, under certain role configurations, escalate their own access to full administrator by exploiting a type-confusion flaw in the privilege update endpoint.
CVE-2026-83600 2026-09-22 6.5 Medium
Netdata is an open source observability tool. Prior to 2.10.4, an authenticated child agent can send an oversized CHART SLOT value that str2ull_encoded passes to pluginsd_rrdset_cache_put_to_slot in src/plugins.d/pluginsd_internals.h. The accepted slot drives reallocz to request an approximately 16 GiB chart-pointer array, and allocation failure invokes fatal and aborts the parent Netdata agent, repeatedly disabling centralized monitoring while stream access persists. This issue is fixed in version 2.10.4 and nightly build 2.10.0-782-nightly.
CVE-2026-17593 1 Sonatype 1 Nexus Repository Manager 2026-09-22 7.2 High
An account holding the nexus:settings:update permission in Nexus Repository 3 (or the equivalent nexus:settings permission in the legacy Nexus Repository 2) could submit arbitrary values as realm identifiers through an internal configuration API that did not validate them against the set of registered realms. Because unrecognized entries were persisted and re-evaluated on every realm load via a legacy code path, this could result in unintended code executing inside the Nexus Repository process, and in some cases a persistent authentication lockout that was not visible through the administrative UI.
CVE-2026-71351 1 Microsoft 26 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 23 more 2026-09-22 7 High
Double free in Windows Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
CVE-2026-69717 1 Microsoft 26 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 23 more 2026-09-22 8 High
Untrusted pointer dereference in Windows Group Policy allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network.
CVE-2026-17594 1 Sonatype 1 Nexus Repository Manager 2026-09-22 4.9 Medium
Nexus Repository 3 CE/Pro versions 3.0.0 through 3.94.x contain an incorrect authorization vulnerability (CWE-863) in the repository-creation user interface. An individual user account holding a delegated repository-admin privilege scoped to a specific repository format could create a repository of a different, unauthorized format, because authorization was checked against one request field while a separate, attacker-controlled field determined the repository format actually created. This does not affect the anonymous user, which cannot hold this privilege by default. Fixed in version 3.95.0.
CVE-2026-83601 2026-09-22 6.5 Medium
Netdata is an open source observability tool. Prior to 2.10.4, an authenticated child agent can send an oversized DIMENSION SLOT value that str2ull_encoded passes to pluginsd_rrddim_put_to_slot in src/plugins.d/pluginsd_internals.h without an upper bound. prd_array_create in src/database/rrdset-pluginsd-array.h can then wrap the size_t allocation calculation while retaining the original large array size, causing the subsequent initialization loop to write beyond the undersized heap allocation and crash the parent agent. This issue is fixed in version 2.10.4 and nightly build 2.10.0-782-nightly.
