| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
scsi: qla2xxx: Bound VP index against VP_CTRL IOCB bitmap size
The VP control IOCB selects its target virtual port by setting one bit
in vp_idx_map, a fixed 16-byte (128-bit) array in both
vp_ctrl_entry_24xx and vp_ctrl_entry_24xx_ext. qla25xx_ctrlvp_iocb()
computes map = (vp_index - 1) / 8 and writes vce->vp_idx_map[map]
without checking that map stays within the array.
max_npiv_vports is taken from firmware and only sanitized to a
MIN_MULTI_ID_FABRIC-aligned boundary, so it can legitimately be 191 or
255, and qla24xx_control_vp() only rejects vp_index >= max_npiv_vports.
A vp_index above 128 therefore yields map >= 16 and an out-of-bounds
write of up to 16 bytes past vp_idx_map, corrupting the trailing IOCB
fields (or the adjacent request-ring slot on the 64-byte layout).
Reject a vp_index that cannot be represented in the IOCB bitmap in
qla24xx_control_vp(), and add a defensive ARRAY_SIZE() guard in
qla25xx_ctrlvp_iocb() before the write. Adapters that report the usual
63 or 127 NPIV vports are unaffected. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
netfs: Fix subreq ref leak
Fix a subrequest ref leak in netfs_unbuffered_write() in the event that
subreq->io_iter ends up zero length during preparation. |
| FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.30.0, FreeRDP server-side RDSTLS in libfreerdp/core/rdstls.c accepts an attacker-supplied RDSTLS_TYPE_CAPABILITIES PDU while rdstls_server_authenticate is waiting for RDSTLS_TYPE_AUTHREQ, leaving resultCode at RDSTLS_RESULT_SUCCESS and allowing a remote unauthenticated client to bypass the RedirectionGuid, username, domain, or password checks. This issue is fixed in version 3.30.0. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Error Reporting allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows URL Moniker allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net/sched: cls_route: free emptied bucket on filter move
route4_change can move an existing filter to a different top-level
bucket: route4_set_parms recomputes the handle from TCA_ROUTE4_TO/
FROM/IIF, and the handle-mismatch check is gated on the 'new' flag, so
for an existing filter the new handle may differ from the old one and
land in a different bucket. When this happens, the filter is unlinked
from the old bucket, but the bucket itself is never freed once it goes
empty. The stale empty bucket remains in head->table[], causing
route4_delete to report *last=false even after the last live filter is
gone. That pins the empty tcf_proto and causes a leak.
Fix this by refcounting the filters linked to a bucket and freeing the
bucket when the count drops to zero. The existing scan in route4_delete
goes away with it.
The count is updated at all sites that link or unlink a filter during add,
change and delete, and the bucket is dropped from head->table[] as soon as
it reaches zero.
Conditions to recreate the bug:
CONFIG_NET_CLS_ROUTE4=y, CONFIG_NET_SCH_INGRESS=y, CONFIG_NET_CLS_ACT=y.

tc filter add dev lo ingress protocol ip pref 100 route from 1 to 1

route from 1 to 2
tc filter del dev lo ingress protocol ip pref 100 handle 0x10002 \

tc filter show dev lo ingress | grep -c 'pref 100 route chain 0 ' |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Error Reporting allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.30.0, FreeRDP's winpr/libwinpr/sspi/Kerberos/kerberos.c kerberos_DecryptMessage function fails to bound the peer-controlled GSS Wrap-token EC field before using it with RRC in IOV pointer offsets, allowing a malicious RDP peer to trigger out-of-bounds reads and in-place writes during CredSSP/NLA Kerberos decryption. This issue is fixed in version 3.30.0. |
| Time-of-check time-of-use (toctou) race condition in Windows MIDI Service Module allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| RouterOS does not compare the complete RSA public key when matching an SSH authentication request to an authorized user key, checking the key type and modulus but omitting the exponent. Because signature verification uses the client-supplied key, an attacker knowing an authorized RSA modulus can supply a key with exponent one, forge a valid signature, and open an SSH command channel as the target user without the private key.This issue affects only 7.x branch was fixed in versions: 7.23.4 (Long-term) and 7.24.2 (Stable) |
| MikroTik RouterOS accepts malformed RSA/PKCS#1 v1.5 signatures across RSA-based services, including TLS/X.509 certificate validation and SSH host-key authentication. Because its trust store includes an e=3 root CA, an attacker controlling or redirecting an outbound RouterOS TLS connection can use the root’s public certificate - without its private key - to forge a trusted intermediate and issue certificates for arbitrary hostnames, enabling TLS server impersonation. The same permissive verification also undermines RSA-based SSH authentication.
This issue affects only 7.x branch was fixed in versions: 7.23.6 (Long-term) and 7.24.3 (Stable).
Releases 7.23.4 and 7.24.2 included an incomplete fix. |
| A weakness has been identified in Zhonglun CloudPOS 3.0. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the file Program.cs of the component Automatic Update. Executing a manipulation of the argument version/url/packagekey/package name can lead to channel accessible by non-endpoint. The attack can be launched remotely. Attacks of this nature are highly complex. The exploitation appears to be difficult. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Bluetooth: hci_qca: fix NULL pointer dereference in qca_setup() for non-serdev device
hu->serdev is NULL for hci_uart attached via non-serdev paths, but
qca_setup() unconditionally calls serdev_device_get_drvdata(hu->serdev)
and dereferences the result, causing a NULL pointer dereference.
Fix by guarding the dereference with a NULL check, consistent with the
rest of qca_setup(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
xfrm: Fix dev use-after-free in xfrm async resumption
xfrm async resumption hold skb->dev refcnt until after transport_finish.
However, xfrm_rcv_cb may modify skb->dev to tunnel dev without taking
device reference, such as vti_rcv_cb. The subsequent async resumption
will decrement the tunnel device's reference count, which lead to uaf
of tunnel dev and refcnt leak of orig dev as below:
unregister_netdevice: waiting for vti1 to become free. Usage count = -2
Stash the original skb->dev to fix refcnt imbalance. The new skb->dev set
by xfrm_rcv_cb can race with device teardown. Extend rcu protection over
xfrm_rcv_cb and transport_finish to prevent races. |
