CVE-2026-93761 1 Mongodb 1 Mongoid 2026-09-24 7.5 High
An inefficient regular expression complexity issue in the in-memory query evaluation component of the Mongoid library may allow an unauthenticated party to cause excessive processing within an embedding application process. Applications that place user-supplied text into a pattern-matching query condition on an embedded association may become unresponsive.
CVE-2026-93762 1 Mongodb 1 Mongoid 2026-09-24 9.8 Critical
Mongoid contains an unsafe reflection weakness in the query path used for embedded documents. An application that passes an externally supplied field name to certain in-memory query methods may allow an unauthenticated party to obtain unintended disclosure of stored document data and to permanently remove stored records.
CVE-2026-97498 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-24 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu/userq: pin mqd and fw object bo to avoid eviction mqd and fw objects are queue core objects which should remain valid and never be unmapped and evicted for user queues to work properly. During eviction if these buffers are evicted the hw continue to use the invalid addresses and caused page faults and system hung.
CVE-2026-97489 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-24 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bfs: handle set_blocksize failures bfs uses buffer_heads, which don't handle block size > PAGE_SIZE well. Without this, mounting will hit the BUG_ON(offset >= folio_size(folio)); in folio_set_bh on the first __bread_gfp call.
CVE-2026-97475 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-24 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: thermal/drivers/tegra/soctherma: Switch to devm cooling device registration Use devm_thermal_of_cooling_device_register() to simplify resource management and avoid manual cleanup in error paths. As a side effect this change has the benefit of solving an existing issue. Before, the function tegra_soctherm_remove() only called debugfs_remove_recursive() and never called thermal_cooling_device_unregister() for any of the cooling devices registered here. After the driver removal, the thermal framework's cdev list would still hold references to thermal_cooling_device objects whose devdata pointer (ts) pointed to memory already freed by the platform device's devm cleanup. With this change, the cooling device is unregistered when the driver is removed, thus fixing the issue above.
CVE-2026-97439 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-24 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fs/ntfs3: preserve non-DOS attribute bits in system.dos_attrib [BUG] A corrupted ntfs3 image can hit a NULL function pointer call in generic_perform_write() after toggling system.ntfs_attrib and then overwriting system.dos_attrib on the same file. BUG: kernel NULL pointer dereference, address: 0000000000000000 \#PF: supervisor instruction fetch in kernel mode \#PF: error_code(0x0010) - not-present page PGD bed5067 P4D bed5067 PUD 0 Oops: Oops: 0010 [#1] SMP KASAN NOPTI RIP: 0010:0x0 Code: Unable to access opcode bytes at 0xffffffffffffffd6. [CAUSE] system.ntfs_attrib updates ATTR_DATA flags via ni_new_attr_flags() and switches i_mapping->a_ops to ntfs_aops_cmpr when FILE_ATTRIBUTE_COMPRESSED is set. system.dos_attrib then overwrites ni->std_fa from a one-byte DOS attribute value, clearing the compression bit without updating ATTR_DATA or the mapping operations. Old buffered writes use is_compressed(ni) to choose __generic_file_write_iter(). That leaves generic_perform_write() calling a NULL write_begin callback from ntfs_aops_cmpr. [FIX] Treat system.dos_attrib as a low-byte DOS attribute update and preserve the existing non-DOS attribute bits in ni->std_fa. This keeps compressed and sparse state consistent with ATTR_DATA and the mapping operations while keeping the existing DOS attribute semantics intact.
CVE-2026-97434 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-24 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dpaa2-switch: fix handling of NAPI on the remove path All the NAPI instances for a DPSW device are attached to the first switch port's net_device but shared by all ports. The NAPI instances get disabled only once the last port goes down. This causes an issue on the .remove() path where each port is unregistered and freed one at a time, causing the NAPI instances to be deleted even though they are not disabled. In order to avoid this, split up the unregister_netdev() calls from the free_netdev() so that we make sure all ports go down before we attempt a deletion of NAPI instances. Also, make the netif_napi_del() explicit as it is on the .probe() path.
CVE-2026-97432 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-24 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: iwlwifi: mvm: fix P2P-Device binding handling Our binding handling for P2P-Device can run into the following scenario, as observed by our testing: - a station interface is connected on some channel - the P2P-Device does a remain-on-channel (ROC) on that channel - the ROC ends, and the P2P-Device is removed from the binding, but the phy_ctxt pointer is left around as a PHY cache so we don't need to recalibrate to the channel again and again in case it's not shared - a binding update by the station interface, even a removal, will re-add the P2P-Device to the binding - the P2P-Device is removed, which removes the PHY context, but it's still in the binding so the firmware crashes Since the P2P device is removed from the binding and only re- added by unrelated code, but we want to keep the phy_ctxt around as a cache for future ROC usage, fix it by adding a boolean that indicates whether or not the P2P-Device should be added to the binding, and handle that in the binding iterator. That way, the station interface cannot re-add the P2P-Device to the binding when that isn't active.
CVE-2026-97422 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-24 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdkfd: fix SMI event cross-process information leak kfd_smi_ev_enabled() skips the suser privilege check when pid=0. PROCESS_START, PROCESS_END, and VMFAULT events are emitted with pid=0 while carrying another process's PID and command name, so any /dev/kfd user in the render group can monitor all GPU workloads. Pass the target process PID into kfd_smi_event_add() for these events so the existing per-client filter restricts delivery to the owning process or CAP_SYS_ADMIN subscribers.
CVE-2026-93763 1 Mongodb 1 Mongoid 2026-09-24 6.5 Medium
A protection mechanism failure in the object-document mapper's encryption configuration generation can cause fields that an application declared for client-side field-level encryption to be written and kept in cleartext, without any error or warning. A party holding ordinary read access to the database can then read values that were intended to be protected from that party. This may result in unintended disclosure of sensitive information.
CVE-2026-93764 1 Mongodb 1 Mongoid 2026-09-24 6.5 Medium
Mongoid may omit encryption rules for fields declared on embedded models when generating the client-side field-level encryption schema. Applications that enable this feature can therefore store values intended to be encrypted in readable form, with no error or warning. A party with routine read access to the database, a backup, or the underlying data files may then see data that was meant to remain unreadable outside the application.

CVE-2026-93255 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-24 N/A

If not, then do a warning as it may be still held, and could cause problems. But there is a small window where the check can lead to false alerts: Thread A (Read endio) | Thread B (Unmount) ----------------------------------+------------------------------------- end_bbio_meta_read() | | The eb has one extra ref held | | by the reader, and has | | EXTENT_BUFFER_READING flag set | invalidate_and_check_btree_folios() | | | |- clear_extent_buffer_reading() | | | | |- wait_on_bit_io(); | | | The EXTENT_BUFFER_READING flag is | | | cleared | | |- if (refcount_read(eb->refs) > 2) | | The eb is held by the read, us | | and btree inode, thus it | | will trigger the warning |- free_extent_buffer() | [FIX] Introduce a helper, free_extent_buffer_clear_reading(). If the new parameter, @clear_reading, is set, we will hold the spinlock at the beginning of free_extent_buffer_clear_reading() to make sure the EXTENT_BUFFER_READING flag is cleared inside the same critical section of decreasing refs. Now free_extent_buffer() will just call free_extent_buffer_clear_reading() with @clear_reading set to false, so no behavior change. But for end_bbio_meta_read(), it will not clear_extent_buffer_reading() directly, but pass @clear_reading as true. Then inside invalidate_and_check_btree_folios(), hold the refs_lock before reading refs. So that we eliminate the race window completely.
CVE-2026-49895 1 Google 1 Android 2026-09-24 3.5 Low
In get_eht_operation_channel_width of ieee802_11_common.c, there is a possible out of bounds read due to an incorrect bounds check. This could lead to remote (proximal/adjacent) information disclosure with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
