CVSS v3.1 |
| h3 versions before 2.0.1-rc.18 fail to validate the chunk count parsed from user-controlled cookie values in setChunkedCookie() and deleteChunkedCookie() functions. Attackers can send a crafted cookie header with an extremely large chunk count to trigger an O(n²) cleanup loop that hangs the server process. |
| NetBox through 4.7.0 fails to properly scope user-private records in REST and GraphQL API endpoints for Notifications, Subscriptions, and Bookmarks. Authenticated users with view permissions can access all users' private records through unscoped querysets, disclosing which users watch or bookmark which objects. |
| ION-DTN before 4.2.1-a.1 contains a denial of service vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to crash the ION process by sending a BPv7 bundle with a zero-length payload. The canonicalizePayloadBlock() function in bpsec_util.c passes bundle->payload.length to zco_clone() without validating it against zero, causing a failed CHKZERO assertion that triggers sm_Abort() and terminates the process with SIGABRT before any HMAC verification occurs, requiring no valid key or credential to exploit. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Hyperion Financial Management product of Oracle Hyperion (component: Security). The supported version that is affected is 11.2.26.0.000. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Hyperion Financial Management. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Oracle Hyperion Financial Management accessible data and unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.1 (Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:L). |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition product of Oracle Analytics (component: Platform Security). Supported versions that are affected are 8.2.0.0.0, 12.2.1.4.0 and 26.01.0.0.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition executes to compromise Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.8 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H). |
| Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 evaluated the authorization check for an Express entry submission against the entity of the posted form rather than the entity identified by the dashboard route. As a result, a user permitted to add entries to one Express object could create entries in a different Express object outside their authorization scope, potentially polluting protected datasets, triggering workflows, or injecting content into administrative processes. The dashboard submit route resolved the mutated entity from the attacker-controlled route ID while the permission check validated the independently posted form's entity, and the submission proceeded because the two entities were never compared. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 5.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. | A flaw was found in Rancher Manager. The /v3/users update path did not enforce immutability of a User resource's `username` and `principalIds` fields. A user holding the `update` verb on `users.management.cattle.io` could inject a foreign identity provider principal into any account, so that the next login by the owner of that principal was bound to the victim's account and inherited its role bindings.
This issue affects Rancher: before 2.15.1. |
| A flaw was found in Rancher Manager. The GlobalRole controller derived the target ClusterRole name from the user-settable `authz.management.cattle.io/cr-name` annotation and overwrote that object's rules without verifying ownership. A user with delegated GlobalRole create or update permission could point the annotation at any existing ClusterRole, such as `cluster-admin`, and revoke the permissions of every principal bound to it. The change persists after the malicious GlobalRole is deleted.

| Open WebUI is an extensible, feature-rich, and user-friendly self-hosted AI platform. From 0.9.6 until 0.11.0, the sync cleanup endpoint authorized write access to the knowledge base in the URL but then acted on directory and file ids supplied in the request body without checking that those objects belonged to that knowledge base. A user with write access to one knowledge base could delete directories and remove file embeddings from another knowledge base, causing documents to drop out of retrieval results and breaking chat-with-file for targeted documents without disclosing contents. This issue is fixed in 0.11.0. |
| A memory initialization issue was addressed with improved memory handling. This issue is fixed in iOS 26.7 and iPadOS 26.7, iOS 27 and iPadOS 27, macOS Golden Gate 27, macOS Sequoia 15.8, macOS Tahoe 26.7, tvOS 27, visionOS 27, watchOS 27. An app with root privileges may be able to read uninitialized kernel memory. |
| A flaw was found in Rancher Manager. Project Secrets were propagated into a namespace based only on its `field.cattle.io/projectId` annotation, without verifying that the referenced project belonged to the same downstream cluster. A user able to create namespaces on one cluster could set the annotation to a project ID from another cluster and have that project's secrets copied into a namespace under their control.

| Apache Airflow FAB provider: changing a user's password through the Admin user-edit PATCH endpoint does not invalidate that user's existing database-backed sessions. An attacker who already holds a copy of the victim's session cookie keeps full access as that user after the password change, so the password reset does not evict them. Affects deployments using the FAB auth manager with database-backed sessions; an administrator (or the user themselves) performing a routine password change is the trigger, and no attacker interaction with the endpoint is needed.
This is a second, independent route to the outcome addressed by CVE-2026-82311, which corrected an identifier comparison in the session-invalidation helper. That fix does not repair this endpoint, because the PATCH path never calls the helper at all. Deployments that applied the CVE-2026-82311 fix must also upgrade for this one.
Users of apache-airflow-providers-fab are recommended to upgrade to version 3.9.0 or later, which fixes the issue. |
| Apache Airflow FAB provider: resetting a user's password does not delete that user's existing database-backed sessions, despite documented behaviour that it does. The cleanup compares the string identifier Flask-Login stores in the session against the user's integer database identifier, so the comparison never matches and no session is removed. An attacker who already holds a copy of the victim's session cookie keeps access as that user after the password change, so the reset does not evict them.
Affects deployments using the FAB auth manager with `[fab] session_backend=database`. The trigger is an administrator (or the user) running the supported password-reset command as a containment action after a session cookie has been compromised; the secure-cookie backend is out of scope, as it documents that it cannot centrally delete sessions.
apache-airflow-providers-fab 3.9.0 also fixes CVE-2026-86462, a second, independent route to the same outcome via the Admin user-edit endpoint; a single upgrade closes both.
Users of apache-airflow-providers-fab are recommended to upgrade to version 3.9.0 or later, which compares the identifiers consistently. |
| Apache Airflow FAB provider: deactivating a user account does not stop tokens issued to that account before deactivation. Password authentication correctly rejects the disabled account, but the Core API continues to accept an existing, unexpired token naming it, and lets that token mint a replacement — so the account keeps its role-scoped access indefinitely after an administrator has disabled it. The user replays their own legitimate credential; no signature forgery or privilege escalation is involved, and the access stays within the roles the account already held.
Affects deployments using Airflow 3 with the FAB auth manager and Core API token authentication, where an administrator deactivates an account whose row remains in the database and whose previously issued token has not expired. The trigger is administrative deactivation as a containment action, which silently fails to contain.
Users of apache-airflow-providers-fab are recommended to upgrade to version 3.9.0 or later, which rejects tokens naming a deactivated account. |
| A flaw was found in Rancher Manager. When a non-administrative caller supplied a label selector naming a different user, the ext.cattle.io/v1 Token store dropped its internal owner filter instead of returning an empty result. Any authenticated user could therefore list and watch every other user's tokens, disclosing token metadata and the stored salted hash of the bearer token.

| Protection mechanism failure for some Intel(R) Transfer Learning Tool before version v0.7 within Ring 3: User Applications may allow an escalation of privilege. Unprivileged software adversary with an unauthenticated user combined with a low complexity attack may enable escalation of privilege. This result may potentially occur via network access when attack requirements are present without special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (low), integrity (low) and availability (low) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts. |
| Authorization bypass through user-controlled key in Microsoft Container Registry allows an unauthorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network. |
| Initializing the DNS stub resolver from an /etc/resolv.conf file, or a LOCALDOMAIN environment variable, whose search list contains a domain of roughly 200 characters or more in the GNU C Library version 2.26 to 2.44 results in an assertion failure which aborts the process.
The resolver truncates the search list when copying it into the fixed-size _res.defdname buffer, then asserts that the copy is consistent with the full configuration. The consistency check compared against the wrong size and did not handle a first entry that does not fit, so a correctly truncated list failed the assertion. Any process that resolves names through the library is affected, including long-running processes that reload /etc/resolv.conf on the next query after it changes. Search domains are commonly written to /etc/resolv.conf from data received over DHCP or from a VPN server, so an attacker on the local network may be able to trigger this without privileges on the target system, subject to validation by the network configuration software. |
| Netty is a network application framework for development of protocol servers and clients. In netty-handler prior to versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final, an attacker can bypass IPv6 subnet rules due to an incorrect masking operation in IpSubnetFilterRule.compareTo(). Valid public IP addresses can bypass the restrictions. Versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final patch the issue. |
| Netty is an asynchronous, event-driven network application framework. Prior to 4.2.13.Final and 4.1.133.Final, Netty's DNS codec does not enforce RFC 1035 domain name constraints during either encoding or decoding. This creates a bidirectional attack surface: malicious DNS responses can exploit the decoder, and user-influenced hostnames can exploit the encoder. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.2.13.Final and 4.1.133.Final. |
