CVSS v3.1 |
A improper authentication vulnerability in Fortinet FortiSOAR PaaS 7.6.0 through 7.6.3, FortiSOAR PaaS 7.5.0 through 7.5.2, FortiSOAR on-premise 7.6.0 through 7.6.3, FortiSOAR on-premise 7.5.0 through 7.5.2 may allow an unauthenticated attacker to bypass authentication via replaying captured 2FA request. The attack requires being able to intercept and decrypt authentication traffic and precise timing to replay the request before token expiration, which raises the attack complexity.
An authentication bypass using an alternate path or channel vulnerability in Fortinet FortiAnalyzer 7.6.0 through 7.6.3, FortiAnalyzer 7.4.0 through 7.4.7, FortiAnalyzer 7.2.2 through 7.2.12, FortiManager 7.6.0 through 7.6.3, FortiManager 7.4.0 through 7.4.7, FortiManager 7.2.2 through 7.2.12 may allow an attacker with knowledge of the admins password to bypass multifactor authentication checks via submitting multiple crafted requests.
A vulnerability has been found in xxyopen/201206030 novel up to 3.5.0. This impacts the function BookServiceImpl.getBookContentAbout of the file src/main/java/io/github/xxyopen/novel/service/impl/BookServiceImpl.java of the component Book Content Service. Such manipulation of the argument chapterId leads to improper authorization. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The name of the patch is 966c4bdde3521dc0a165d15a2acff66ee33eaaa7. Applying a patch is advised to resolve this issue.
The Wurdey WordPress plugin through 1.0.0 does not verify a request signature before logging a user in, allowing unauthenticated attackers to authenticate as an administrator knowing only the administrator's username.
A permissions issue was addressed with additional restrictions. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27.2, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2. A malicious app may be able to intercept network traffic.
Authentication Bypass Using an Alternate Path or Channel vulnerability in Drupal DocCheck Basic allows Authentication Bypass. This issue affects DocCheck Basic versions: 7.x.
The Essential Real Estate WordPress plugin before 5.3.5 does not perform a publication-status or authorization check in two of its AJAX actions, allowing unauthenticated users to retrieve the images attached to property listings that have not been published.
ABP Framework before 10.7.1 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability that skips account state and two-factor checks when password login succeeds through a registered IExternalLoginProvider. Attackers holding the external directory password for deactivated, locked, or 2FA-protected accounts can obtain valid access tokens from the /connect/token password grant.
A security flaw has been discovered in nasa-gcn gcn.nasa.gov up to b299b562af665878964b981a459f0a9c04b11adf. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file /user/email of the component Email Notification Handler. Performing a manipulation of the argument Recipient results in improper authorization. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. This product adopts a rolling release strategy to maintain continuous delivery. Therefore, version details for affected or updated releases cannot be specified. The pull request to fix this issue awaits acceptance.
Authentication Bypass Using an Alternate Path or Channel vulnerability in Drupal CAPTCHA allows Functionality Bypass. This issue affects CAPTCHA versions: from 0.0.0 to 1.18.0, from 2.0.0 to 2.0.11.
The Essential Real Estate WordPress plugin before 5.3.5 does not verify ownership of an invoice before rendering it in one of its AJAX actions, allowing an authenticated low-privileged user to read other users' invoices, including the invoice owner's name, account email address and financial details.
The Essential Real Estate WordPress plugin before 5.3.5 does not restrict the recipient of one of its contact email actions, allowing unauthenticated users to send emails to arbitrary addresses with an attacker-controlled sender header and message body through the site.
The Subscriptions for WooCommerce WordPress plugin before 2.1.1 only enforces its membership content restrictions on standard front-end page views, allowing unauthenticated users to read the full contents of restricted posts and pages through other routes that render the same content.
The Community Events WordPress plugin before 1.6.0 does not have authorisation or nonce checks in one of its AJAX actions, allowing unauthenticated users to retrieve details of event submissions awaiting moderation, which are not available anywhere on the public site.
Authentication Bypass Using an Alternate Path or Channel vulnerability in Drupal OAuth Login - OAuth OIDC SSO allows Authentication Bypass. This issue affects OAuth Login - OAuth OIDC SSO versions: from 0.0.0 to 3.1.1.
Authentication Bypass Using an Alternate Path or Channel vulnerability in Drupal OpenID Connect Client allows Authentication Bypass. This issue affects OpenID Connect Client versions: from 0.0.0 to 2.3.1.
| The Symfony Security HTTP component AuthenticatorManager::authenticateUser() does not run the firewall user checker’s checkPostAuth() method when a user is authenticated programmatically, allowing an account rejected by a custom user checker, such as an expired account, to be authenticated in Symfony versions prior to 5.4.56, 6.x prior to 6.4.50, 7.x prior to 7.4.23, and 8.x prior to 8.1.11.
AuthenticatorManager::authenticateUser() is used by UserAuthenticatorInterface::authenticateUser() and by the SecurityBundle’s Security::login() to authenticate a user programmatically, but it does not dispatch the security.authentication.success event, on which checkPostAuth() runs. The fix for CVE-2024-50341 made Security::login() call checkPreAuth(), but checkPostAuth() was still skipped. As a result, an account rejected by a custom user checker in checkPostAuth() is refused by form login and the other authenticators of the firewall, but can still be authenticated programmatically.
Applications are affected when they use a custom user checker that rejects users in checkPostAuth() and authenticate users programmatically, for example after a password reset or an e-mail verification link. A user whose account is rejected can then obtain an authenticated session through that flow. The default user checker does nothing in checkPostAuth(), so the default configuration is not affected.
The fix makes AuthenticatorManager::authenticateUser() dispatch the security.authentication.success event once the token is created and before it is stored, as authentications through the firewall do, so that checkPostAuth() runs and can reject the user. |
The Cool Media Filter WordPress plugin through 1.0.1 does not perform any capability or nonce check when updating the capabilities of a role, allowing any authenticated user, such as a subscriber, to grant their own role administrator capabilities and take over the site.
The AutomatorWP WordPress plugin before 6.0.7 does not check that the user completing its Zoom and AWeber integration connections is allowed to do so, allowing unauthenticated attackers to replace the stored integration credentials with their own and divert the data the site sends to those services into an account they control. Exploitation requires the integration to already be connected and knowledge of the site's OAuth client identifier.
The MDJM Event Management and Mobile Events Manager WordPress plugins through 1.7.8.7 do not check ownership or capability on the identifier supplied to their client profile update, allowing any authenticated user, such as a subscriber, to change the password and email address of any other account including an administrator, resulting in a full account takeover.
