CVE-2012-0059 1 Redhat 4 Network Proxy, Network Satellite, Rhel Els and 1 more 2026-11-05 4.9 Medium
A flaw was found in Spacewalk-backend. This information disclosure vulnerability occurs when a system registration XML-RPC call fails, causing cleartext user passwords to be included in error messages. Remote administrators can exploit this by reading server logs and emails, leading to the unauthorized disclosure of user passwords.
CVE-2011-1594 1 Redhat 3 Network Satellite, Rhel Els, Spacewalk 2026-11-05 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in Spacewalk, as used in Red Hat Network Satellite. This open redirect vulnerability allows remote attackers to redirect users to arbitrary web sites by manipulating a URL in the url_bounce parameter. This can enable attackers to conduct phishing attacks, potentially leading to unauthorized information disclosure or credential theft.
CVE-2026-78410 2 Linux, Redhat 8 Util-linux, Cost Management On Premise, Enterprise Linux and 5 more 2026-11-05 7.8 High
A flaw was found in util-linux. Restricted bind mounts take the source path from fstab but do not pin that source before the privileged mount. A local unprivileged user who can replace the authorized source or a writable ancestor can redirect SUID mount(8) to bind another host directory. If the fstab entry also sets X-mount.owner, X-mount.group, or X-mount.mode, root then changes ownership or mode on that redirected inode.
CVE-2026-78408 2 Linux, Redhat 8 Util-linux, Cost Management On Premise, Enterprise Linux and 5 more 2026-11-05 7.9 High
The nsenter --join-cgroup option opens the target cgroup.procs file as root and leaves that file descriptor open across later namespace and credential changes and across execve(). Because the kernel checks later cgroup migrations using the credentials from the original open, a program run in an attacker-controlled target can inherit root's ability to move host processes between cgroups. After a privileged operator uses --join-cgroup against that target, an unprivileged user can migrate and terminate unrelated root processes.
CVE-2026-114406 1 Redhat 26 Advanced Cluster Security, Agentic Cluster Security Suite, Ai Inference Server and 23 more 2026-11-05 6.8 Medium
The system certificate authority (CA) store in Red Hat products, distributed via ca-certificates RPM packages, included multiple root CA certificates of authorities, which signed intermediate CA certificates with weak private keys issued by the eMudhra certificate authority. A man-in-the-middle attacker could use this flaw to issue certificates for arbitrary host names signed by the weak intermediate CA certificates, which would be considered trusted by a TLS/SSL client using system CA store and cause such clients to connect to malicious sites. Due to inability to only distrust specific intermediate certificates in all clients using the system CA store, root CA certificates of authorities that signed weak intermediate CA certificates are being removed.
CVE-2026-97185 2 Gimp, Redhat 4 Gimp, Enterprise Linux, Rhel E4s and 1 more 2026-11-05 7.8 High
A flaw was found in GIMP. When processing a specially crafted GIMPressionist preset file, the plug-in does not properly validate vector indices before writing into fixed-size arrays. This can lead to an out-of-bounds write, corrupting memory. An attacker could exploit this by convincing a user to load a malicious preset file, potentially causing a crash or enabling arbitrary code execution.
CVE-2026-97024 2 Flatpak, Redhat 6 Flatpak, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 3 more 2026-11-05 7.1 High
A path traversal vulnerability in Flatpak's handling of the files/etc directory during app deployment allows a malicious Flatpak app to cause certain host system files (such as passwd, group, machine-id, or resolv.conf) to be emptied or replaced with a symlink when the app is installed or upgraded. In system-wide installations, the write is performed as root.
CVE-2026-97023 2 Flatpak, Redhat 6 Flatpak, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 3 more 2026-11-05 7.1 High
A path traversal vulnerability in Flatpak's handling of the export/bin directory during app deployment allows a malicious Flatpak app to cause deletion of attacker-chosen files outside the deployment directory when the app is installed or upgraded. In system-wide installations, the deletion is performed as root.
CVE-2026-96889 1 Redhat 10 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Ai, Enterprise Linux Eus and 7 more 2026-11-05 7.8 High
A flaw was found in librsvg. When processing an SVG document containing nested XML inclusions (Xincludes) with duplicate entity declarations, a use-after-free error can occur. This vulnerability arises because the library incorrectly frees an XML entity that is still in use by the parser. An attacker could potentially exploit this to cause a denial of service or execute arbitrary code.
CVE-2026-96442 2 Gnu, Redhat 3 Emacs, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els 2026-11-05 7.8 High
A code execution flaw was found in Emacs, affecting versions prior to 31.2. The Flymake mode using language backends other than Lisp would execute arbitrary code from the edited file while performing syntax checking. Viewing or editing untrusted files using Emacs could lead to arbitrary code execution with the privileges of the user running Emacs.
CVE-2026-94640 1 Redhat 4 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openshift Container Platform and 1 more 2026-11-05 7.5 High
A flaw was found in rpcbind. This vulnerability allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by sending a large number of unique requests. The rpcbind service records previously unseen RPC (Remote Procedure Call) statistics in unbounded in-memory lists, leading to persistent memory growth and increased CPU usage. This can degrade or exhaust service availability.
CVE-2026-93834 2 Qemu, Redhat 9 Qemu, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux For Nvidia 26 and 6 more 2026-11-05 8.8 High
A use-after-free vulnerability was found in QEMU's 9pfs subsystem. A race condition between the main thread and a worker thread when processing concurrent Tlcreate and Twalk requests allows a malicious guest user to craft a fid path containing stale heap data, bypassing directory traversal restrictions and escaping the shared directory boundary. This can lead to arbitrary host file read/write and code execution (VM escape) as the QEMU process user.
CVE-2026-93008 3 Dnsmasq, Red Hat, Redhat 9 Dnsmasq, Enterprise Linux, Ceph Storage and 6 more 2026-11-05 6.8 Medium
A flaw was found in dnsmasq. When following a CNAME in a DNS response, the resolver can cache records for the CNAME target without checking that those records belong to the responding server's authorized zone. In split-DNS deployments that send some domains to a specific upstream, an attacker who controls that upstream can inject cache entries for unrelated names. Later clients may then receive attacker-chosen addresses for those names.
CVE-2026-92248 1 Redhat 3 Enterprise Linux, Rhel E4s, Rhel Els 2026-11-05 7.8 High
A flaw was found in the file-psd plugin in GIMP. When generating a thumbnail preview for a specially crafted PSD (Photoshop Document) image file, an integer overflow occurs during the multiplication of values from an embedded JPEG header. This leads to an undersized heap allocation, resulting in a heap-based buffer overflow when the image data is decoded. This buffer overflow corrupts adjacent heap objects, allowing for a controlled memory write that can result in an application crash or arbitrary code execution.
CVE-2026-91149 1 Redhat 4 Enterprise Linux, Openshift Dev Spaces, Openshift Devspaces and 1 more 2026-11-05 7.5 High
A flaw was found in Cockpit. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by initiating and sustaining numerous simultaneous connections to the `cockpit-tls` service. This forces the service to create an unbounded number of detached threads, consuming system resources such as memory and file descriptors. The primary consequence is a denial of service (DoS), leading to degradation or complete unavailability of the Cockpit service for legitimate users.
CVE-2026-90949 1 Redhat 2 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els 2026-11-05 7.8 High
A flaw was found in GIMP's PSP (Paint Shop Pro) file loader. When processing a compressed selection channel, a heap-based buffer overflow can occur due to a mismatch between the allocated buffer size and the amount of data decompressed. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by crafting a malicious PSP file. Opening this file in GIMP could lead to a crash or arbitrary code execution.
CVE-2026-90948 1 Redhat 3 Enterprise Linux, Rhel E4s, Rhel Els 2026-11-05 7.8 High
A flaw was found in GIMP's ICO file loader. When processing an ICO file containing an embedded PNG image, an integer overflow can occur during the calculation of the required buffer size. This leads to an undersized buffer being allocated, causing a heap-based buffer overflow when the decoded pixel data is written. A remote attacker could exploit this by crafting a malicious ICO file, which, when opened, could lead to arbitrary code execution or a crash.
CVE-2026-90947 1 Redhat 3 Enterprise Linux, Rhel E4s, Rhel Els 2026-11-05 7.8 High
A flaw was found in GIMP. When processing a specially crafted lighting preset file, the Lighting Effects filter does not properly validate the number of light sources. This can lead to an out-of-bounds write, corrupting memory. An attacker could exploit this by convincing a user to open a malicious preset file, potentially causing a crash or enabling arbitrary code execution.
CVE-2026-9064 1 Redhat 12 389 Directory Server, Directory Server, Directory Server E4s and 9 more 2026-11-05 7.5 High
A flaw was found in 389-ds-base. The get_ldapmessage_controls_ext() function in the LDAP server does not enforce an upper bound on the number of controls per LDAP message. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can send a specially crafted LDAP request containing hundreds of thousands of minimal controls within the default maximum BER message size (2 MB), causing excessive CPU consumption and heap allocation on the server. Under concurrent exploitation, this leads to significant latency degradation, worker thread starvation, or out-of-memory termination, resulting in a denial of service.
CVE-2026-88924 2 Gnome, Redhat 6 Gvfs, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 3 more 2026-11-04 7 High
A flaw was found in the admin backend of gvfs. The privileged gvfsd-admin daemon changes the ownership of newly created private D-Bus sockets by calling the link-following chown() function on a pathname inside a user-controlled directory. A local attacker can exploit this via a Time-of-Check Time-of-Use (TOCTOU) race condition and exchange the socket pathname with a symbolic link pointing to an arbitrary root-owned file (such as /etc/pam.d/su). The daemon subsequently follows the symlink and changes the ownership of the targeted root-owned file to the attacker's user ID. This allows an authenticated local attacker to modify critical system files, leading to a full local privilege escalation to root.
