CVE-2026-88388 1 Espruino 1 Espruino 2026-09-25 N/A
Espruino 2v29 (commit bffc6d0) contains a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability in the JavaScript error stack-trace handling path on 64-bit builds. A remote attacker can supply JavaScript input that triggers an exception and reaches jslPrintTokenLineMarker(), which passes the address of a 4-byte int column variable to jsvGetLineAndCol() as a size_t pointer. jsvGetLineAndCol() performs an 8-byte write through the mismatched pointer, overwriting adjacent stack memory.
CVE-2026-97057 1 Noderedis 1 Redis-parser 2026-09-25 7.5 High
redis-parser through 3.0.0 fails to validate the multi-bulk length value in RESP protocol parsing, allowing attackers to trigger an uncaught RangeError by supplying an excessively large declared length. A malicious or compromised Redis endpoint can deliver a crafted RESP header with a length above 2^32-1 to crash the Node.js client process.
CVE-2026-97730 1 Netgate 2 Pfsense Ce, Pfsense Plus 2026-09-25 8.5 High
In Netgate pfSense Plus before 26.07 and pfSense CE before 2.9.0, a Local File Inclusion (LFI) vulnerability in the Dashboard (index.php) widget sequence data handling allows an authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary PHP code. To exploit this, an attacker with privileges to modify Dashboard settings and write arbitrary files to the pfSense firewall system (e.g., /tmp/test.widget.php) can submit a crafted widget sequence value containing a path traversal payload (e.g., ../../../../../../../../../../../tmp/test). The Dashboard will subsequently read and execute the arbitrary PHP file as if it were a standard widget.
CVE-2026-86859 1 Servicenow 1 Servicenow Ai Platform 2026-09-25 N/A
ServiceNow has remediated an authorization bypass security issue that was identified in the ServiceNow AI Platform. This security issue, if exploited, could enable an unauthenticated user to access data within the ServiceNow AI Platform that the user otherwise would not be entitled to access, potentially enabling further unintended access. ServiceNow deployed a security update to hosted instances and ServiceNow provided the update to our partners and self-hosted customers. We are not currently aware of malicious exploitation against ServiceNow instances. We recommend customers promptly apply appropriate updates or upgrade to a patched release if they have not already done so.
CVE-2026-93278 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: staging: octeon: add missing napi_disable in cvm_oct_rx_shutdown cvm_oct_rx_shutdown calls free_irq and netif_napi_del without disabling the napi instance first. As the free_irq only waits for completion of hard interrupt handlers, the napi poll function could still be active. If cvm_oct_remove proceeds to free the plat structure (which holds the NAPI instances), the active poll function will access freed memory, resulting in a use-after-free crash.
CVE-2026-93281 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: rtw89: fix HE extended capability length check rtw89_mac_check_he_obss_narrow_bw_ru_iter() reads extended capability byte 10, but rejects only datalen values below 10. Byte 10 requires at least 11 bytes. Require datalen >= 11 before reading data[10].
CVE-2026-93283 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: i3c: master: Fix device_register() error path When device_register() fails in i3c_master_register_new_i3c_devs(), put_device() is called to drop the reference taken by device_register(). That drops the last reference, so the device's release callback i3c_device_release() runs and frees the i3c_device. Two problems follow from that: i3c_device_release() does WARN_ON(i3cdev->desc), so it warns because desc->dev->desc still points back at the descriptor. Clear it before calling put_device(). After put_device() frees the i3c_device, desc->dev is left pointing at freed memory, so clear desc->dev as well. That prevents, for example, i3c_master_unregister_i3c_devs() seeing desc->dev as non-NULL and dereferencing it.
CVE-2026-93541 1 X.org 1 Libxi 2026-09-25 6.5 Medium

CVE-2026-93287 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: i2c: smbus: reject oversized block transfers in the common path The SMBus block transfer length data->block[0] is validated in i2c_smbus_xfer_emulated() but that check runs too late for tracepoints and is skipped entirely when the adapter provides a native smbus_xfer implementation. This allows user-controlled oversized block lengths to reach tracepoint memcpy calls and driver callbacks unchecked. Add an early validation in __i2c_smbus_xfer() that rejects block transfers whose caller-supplied length is zero or exceeds I2C_SMBUS_BLOCK_MAX before any tracepoint fires or driver callback runs. data->block[0] is filled in by the device on SMBus block reads, so the check is scoped to operations where the length is actually supplied by the caller. This is consistent with the existing -EINVAL convention in the emulated path and protects all downstream consumers at once: the smbus_write tracepoint, all native smbus_xfer driver implementations, and the emulated path. Two distinct bugs are fixed by this change: Bug 1: smbus_write tracepoint OOB (include/trace/events/smbus.h) trace_smbus_write() fires before any validation and copies data->block[0]+1 bytes into a 34-byte event buffer. With block[0]=0xfe the tracepoint copies 255 bytes, overflowing by 221. BUG: KASAN: stack-out-of-bounds in trace_event_raw_event_smbus_write+0x27c/0x530 Read of size 255 at addr ffff88800d98fcf8 by task poc_smbus/91 Call Trace: <TASK> __asan_memcpy+0x23/0x80 trace_event_raw_event_smbus_write+0x27c/0x530 __i2c_smbus_xfer+0x43a/0xa40 i2c_smbus_xfer+0x19e/0x340 i2cdev_ioctl_smbus+0x38f/0x7f0 i2cdev_ioctl+0x35e/0x680 __x64_sys_ioctl+0x147/0x1e0 do_syscall_64+0xcf/0x15a0 entry_SYSCALL_64_after_hwframe+0x76/0x7e </TASK> Bug 2: i2c-stub I2C_SMBUS_I2C_BLOCK_DATA OOB (drivers/i2c/i2c-stub.c) stub_xfer() implements .smbus_xfer directly and only clamps block[0] against 256-command, not I2C_SMBUS_BLOCK_MAX. With block[0]=0xff and command=0 the loop accesses block[1+i] for i up to 254, far past the 34-byte union. CVE-2026-93288 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nfnetlink_log: wait for rcu grace period before freeing pernet state sashiko reports: "nfnl_log_net_exit() calls nf_log_unset(), which clears the logger pointer without an RCU grace period. Immediately after, ops_free_list() frees the per-net state while concurrent packets might still be executing nf_log_packet() under rcu_read_lock()." Clear the pointer via .pre_exit to make sure rcu readers have completed before pernet storage is free'd. The change in nf_log_syslog.c is only done for consistency: it doesn't use pernet data.
CVE-2026-93782 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vhost-scsi: flush backend after device ioctls vhost-scsi translates guest response descriptors into userspace iovecs when commands are submitted. Target-core completes those commands asynchronously, so VHOST_SET_MEM_TABLE can replace the memory table while an in-flight command still retains response iovecs translated through the old table. If the old mapping is reused after VHOST_SET_MEM_TABLE returns, command completion can write the response to an unrelated userspace object. Flush the vhost-scsi backend after vhost_dev_ioctl() handles a device ioctl. This waits for in-flight commands that can still use the old response iovecs before the ioctl returns.
CVE-2026-93786 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 8.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: preserve VFS inherited POSIX ACL mask The VFS initializes a child's POSIX ACL from the parent's default ACL and the requested creation mode. Do not mutate the parent ACL or overwrite the child's VFS-computed access and default ACLs afterwards. This preserves restrictive ACL_MASK entries and prevents SMB object creation from widening effective permissions.
CVE-2026-97495 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdkfd: Check bounds on allocate_doorbell allocated_doorbell has an option to set the doorbell id to a specific value (used by CRIU). This value was not bounds checked. Check to confirm it's less than KFD_MAX_NUM_OF_QUEUES_PER_PROCESS.
CVE-2026-93258 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ocfs2: do not use make_bad_inode() in ocfs2_read_inode_block_full() This reverts commit 58b6fcd2ab34 ("ocfs2: mark inode bad upon validation failure during read"). Since 'make_bad_inode()' resets inode type to S_IFREG, doing this for directory inode during active VFS lookup is likely to confuse the latter, including VFS_BUG_ON_INODE() triggered in this case.
CVE-2026-93261 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: locking/lockdep: Fix NULL pointer dereference in __lock_set_class() register_lock_class() can return NULL when the lock class pool is exhausted, graph_lock() fails, or key validation fails. However, __lock_set_class() uses the return value directly in pointer arithmetic without a NULL check: class = register_lock_class(lock, subclass, 0); hlock->class_idx = class - lock_classes; If class is NULL, this computes a wild offset that corrupts hlock->class_idx. The subsequent reacquire_held_locks() call will invoke hlock_class() with this corrupted index, leading to a NULL or out-of-bounds pointer dereference. Add the missing NULL check, consistent with how __lock_acquire() already handles this case at the same call site.
CVE-2026-93267 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/core: Fix potential use after free in uverbs_free_dmah() When accessing a dmah via the netlink path the only synchronization mechanism for the said dmah is rdma_restrack_get(). Currently, rdma_restrack_del() is invoked at the end of uverbs_free_dmah(), which is too late, since by that point vendor-specific resources associated with the dmah might already be freed. This can leave a short window where the dmah remains accessible through restrack, leading to a potential use-after-free. Fix this by moving the rdma_restrack_begin_del() call to the start of uverbs_free_dmah(), ensuring that the dmah is removed from restrack before its internal resources are released. This guarantees that no new users hold references to a dmah that is in the process of destruction. In addition, this change preserves the intended inverted order between create and destroy routines: resources are added to restrack at the end of successful creation, and hence shall be removed from the restrack first thing during the destruction flow, which keeps the lifecycle management consistent and predictable.
CVE-2026-93270 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Disallow interpreter fallback for BPF_ADDR_PERCPU insn The BPF_MOV64_PERCPU_REG insn requires JIT to emit native code to for 'dst_reg = src_reg + <percpu_base_off>'. However, the interpreter ignores the 'off' at its ALU64_MOV_X label. The 'off' indicates the insn is BPF_MOV64_PERCPU_REG insn. Then, when the interpreter loads memory from the register, it will hit a page fault. [ 2.545572] BUG: unable to handle page fault for address: ffffffffacaaf034 [ 2.546485] #PF: supervisor read access in kernel mode [ 2.547167] #PF: error_code(0x0000) - not-present page [ 2.547850] PGD 134e63067 P4D 134e63067 PUD 134e64063 PMD 10021c063 PTE 800ffffeca550062 [ 2.548912] Oops: Oops: 0000 [#1] SMP PTI Set jit_required as true in order to disallow interpreter fallback in core.c::__bpf_prog_select_runtime(), if any BPF_ADDR_PERCPU insn is patched to the prog. BTW, rename the helper bpf_map_supports_cpu_flags() to bpf_map_is_percpu_map().
CVE-2026-61811 1 Wazuh 1 Wazuh 2026-09-25 6.5 Medium
Wazuh is an open-source security platform providing unified XDR and SIEM protection for endpoints and cloud workloads. From 3.8.0 until 4.14.7, the _getattributes() function in src/os_xml/os_xml.c recursively processes every XML attribute without a depth limit while allocating two large local buffers in each stack frame. An enrolled agent can submit a Windows EventChannel event containing an element with enough attributes to exhaust the analysisd worker-thread stack, trigger a segmentation fault, and interrupt log ingestion. The element-depth limit in _ReadElem() does not constrain the number of attributes on one element, so it does not prevent this condition. This issue is fixed in version 4.14.7.
CVE-2026-71540 1 Wazuh 1 Wazuh 2026-09-25 7.5 High
Wazuh is an open-source security platform providing unified XDR and SIEM protection for endpoints and cloud workloads. From 3.9.0 until 4.14.7, wazuh-clusterd in framework/wazuh/core/cluster/common.py allocates a payload buffer using the size declared in a 20-byte cluster protocol header before Fernet decryption validates the peer. An unauthenticated network peer can declare a payload of up to 256 MiB, stop sending after the header, and retain that allocation until the TCP connection closes. The cluster listener has no application-level per-source connection budget in affected versions, allowing concurrent sockets to multiply memory consumption and potentially terminate the cluster process, disrupt synchronization, and interrupt distributed API forwarding. This issue is fixed in version 4.14.7.
CVE-2026-81508 1 Espressif 1 Esp-idf 2026-09-25 4.3 Medium
ESF-IDF is the Espressif Internet of Things (IOT) Development Framework. In 5.5.5, 6.0.1, and 6.1, the BlueDroid A2DP sink function btc_a2dp_sink_handle_inc_media() reads a timestamp field from the received media buffer before validating that the packet layout contains the field. A paired BR/EDR audio source within radio range can send a malformed A2DP media packet to a build with BlueDroid Classic Bluetooth and A2DP sink support enabled, causing an out-of-bounds read into adjacent heap memory and limited disclosure of heap contents. Arbitrary memory disclosure and code execution are not established.
