CVSS v3.1 |
Twenty before 2.35.0 fails to validate field and row permissions in the groupBy-with-records GraphQL resolver, allowing authenticated users to bypass permission checks. Attackers with canReadObjectRecords permission but canReadFieldValue false can retrieve restricted field values through the groupBy resolver that would normally be denied.
Capgo fails to clean up channel permission overrides when a user's last organization role binding is deleted, leaving stale overrides active. Attackers can retain channel-specific permissions after their base RBAC access has been revoked to perform unauthorized actions like changing production OTA versions.
OpenFGA is an authorization and permission engine built for developers. Prior to 1.18.1, the ListUsers API could return a user that should have been excluded when an authorization relation used an intersection containing a base but not excluded operand, the base was granted through a type-bound public wildcard, and the excluded user also had a concrete tuple through another intersection operand. In pkg/server/commands/listusers/list_users_rpc.go, expandIntersection counted the concrete tuple and wildcard without first rejecting entries in excludedUsersMap. Applications that used ListUsers to enumerate or enforce access could therefore treat an excluded user as authorized. This issue is fixed in version 1.18.1.
Open WebUI is an extensible, feature-rich, and user-friendly self-hosted AI platform. From 0.9.6 until 0.11.0, the sync cleanup endpoint authorized write access to the knowledge base in the URL but then acted on directory and file ids supplied in the request body without checking that those objects belonged to that knowledge base. A user with write access to one knowledge base could delete directories and remove file embeddings from another knowledge base, causing documents to drop out of retrieval results and breaking chat-with-file for targeted documents without disclosing contents. This issue is fixed in 0.11.0.
Wazuh is a free and open source platform used for threat prevention, detection, and response. From 4.0.0 until 4.14.5, Wazuh Manager allows a low-privilege read-only API user with manager:read permission to retrieve the cluster key from the element in ossec.conf through GET /manager/configuration?raw=true. An attacker with network access to TCP port 1516 can use the disclosed Fernet key to impersonate a cluster worker and submit distributed API requests containing attacker-controlled rbac_permissions with rbac_mode set to black. Because the master trusts the worker-supplied authorization context, the attacker can create users, assign administrator roles, access credentials and API tokens, modify configuration, and execute actions across agents. This issue is fixed in version 4.14.5.
Wazuh is a free and open source platform used for threat prevention, detection, and response. From 4.9.0 until 4.10.4 and 4.14.6, PUT /security/users/{user_id} in api/api/controllers/security_controller.py passes request.get("user") instead of request.context['token_info']['sub'] as current_user. remove_nones_to_dict() removes the resulting None value, so the reserved-account protection in framework/wazuh/security.py cannot verify who is making the request. An authenticated user with the users_admin role can overwrite the password of protected administrator accounts with user IDs at or below 99, including the wazuh superuser, and gain full administrative control. This issue is fixed in versions 4.10.4 and 4.14.6.
Open WebUI is an extensible, feature-rich, and user-friendly self-hosted AI platform. From 0.8.8 until 0.11.0, the terminal WebSocket route in backend/open_webui/routers/terminals.py authenticated its own first-message JWT and never applied the verified-user role gate that get_verified_user enforces on HTTP terminal routes. An account whose role is pending, including a registered but unapproved account or an account deactivated back to pending, can open an interactive terminal session when at least one terminal server is configured and its access grants cover the account. This loses the account-approval boundary for terminal access while the HTTP terminal routes correctly reject the same account. This issue is fixed in 0.11.0.
Open WebUI is an extensible, feature-rich, and user-friendly self-hosted AI platform. From 0.7.0 until 0.11.0, the legacy chat-completions features block trusted a client-supplied image_generation flag and did not re-check the features.image_generation permission that the direct image routes and native function-calling path enforce. An authenticated user whose image-generation permission had been revoked could still consume the operator's configured image provider through chat completions, spending API credits and provider quota and writing generated files to operator storage, without exposing provider credentials or other users' data. This issue is fixed in 0.11.0.
Open WebUI is an extensible, feature-rich, and user-friendly self-hosted AI platform. From 0.10.0 until 0.11.0, the DELETE /api/v1/folders/{id} handler in backend/open_webui/routers/folders.py allowed a user granted write access to a shared chat folder to permanently delete chats and messages belonging to the folder owner. The cascade following the authorization check is bound to the folder owner's id, but the subfolder check accepted any inherited write grant instead of requiring ownership or administrator status. A collaborator can destroy the owner's subtree or force-move chats out of it when delete_contents=false. This issue is fixed in 0.11.0.
Incorrect authorization in Core in Google Chrome on on Windows prior to 153.0.8010.47 allowed a local attacker to execute arbitrary code outside the sandbox via a local program. (Chromium security severity: High)
Open WebUI is an extensible, feature-rich, and user-friendly self-hosted AI platform. From 0.8.0 until 0.9.0, Open WebUI's OAuth token exchange endpoint issues a session for a provider access token without applying the email domain allowlist that the normal OAuth login callback enforces. An account whose email domain the login callback would refuse could still obtain a working session through this endpoint. This issue is fixed in version 0.9.0.
Open WebUI is an extensible, feature-rich, and user-friendly self-hosted AI platform. From 0.8.0 until 0.11.1, Open WebUI's OAuth token exchange endpoint issues a session for a provider access token without running the OAuth role management that the normal OAuth login callback runs. A user whose provider roles the login callback would refuse, or would demote, could still obtain a working session at their existing role through this endpoint. This issue is fixed in version 0.11.1.
Illustrator is affected by an Incorrect Authorization vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. Scope is changed.
Incorrect authorization in WebUI in Google Chrome prior to 153.0.8010.47 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially execute arbitrary code outside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
A flaw was found in the foreman_ansible plugin's Ansible inventory API. The controller builds its host query using an unscoped Host.where call that does not enforce the search filter associated with the caller's view_hosts permission. An authenticated user whose host visibility is restricted by a permission filter can supply arbitrary host IDs within their organization and receive the full Ansible inventory for those hosts, including parameter values marked as hidden.
The Autopay WordPress plugin before 5.0.1 does not enforce the signature on one of its payment callbacks, allowing unauthenticated users to disclose and delete the stored payment parameters of other customers' orders.
In Eclipse Ankaios versions 0.6.0 to before 1.0.4, `LogRule::matches` in the agent control-interface authorizer stops at the first wildcard pattern in a single rule instead of evaluating later entries, which can cause deny `LogRule` entries to be skipped and allow unauthorized access to another workload's logs.
Jenkins Pipeline: Multibranch Plugin 841.vec5b_9e1806ec and earlier does not set the appropriate context for credentials lookup in the resolveScm Pipeline step, allowing attackers with Item/Configure permission to access and capture credentials they are not entitled to.
The NeuVector JWT verifier accepts noncanonical Base64URL encodings of the same RSA signature field. An attacker holding a valid JWT that has not expired, but was logged out of NeuVector, can continue using the non-expired token with equivalent spelling of the RSA signature field until the token validity expires.
Skipper is an HTTP router and reverse proxy for service composition. Prior to version 0.27.37, the opaAuthorizeRequestWithBody filter can authorize an oversized request after Skipper truncates the body presented to Open Policy Agent because the input.truncated_body signal is derived from Content-Length rather than the actual read result. In filters/openpolicyagent/openpolicyagent.go, ExtractHttpBodyOptionally truncates bodies at maxBodyBytes, while filters/openpolicyagent/internal/envoy/skipperadapter.go copies the request headers without adding a Content-Length value that reflects the truncation. For an HTTP/1.1 request using Transfer-Encoding: chunked or an HTTP/2 request without Content-Length, a body-inspecting policy that follows the prior mitigation and permits input.truncated_body equal to false can evaluate only the truncated prefix, allow the request, and then forward the full oversized body to the protected upstream. This residual issue is distinct from CVE-2026-50197. This issue is fixed in version 0.27.37.
