CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
media: rtl2832_sdr: release URBs and stream buffers on start_streaming() failure
rtl2832_sdr_start_streaming() calls rtl2832_sdr_alloc_stream_bufs(),
rtl2832_sdr_alloc_urbs() and rtl2832_sdr_submit_urbs() in sequence and
shares a single err: label that only unlocks the mutex and returns.
When alloc_urbs() succeeds but submit_urbs() fails, or when alloc_urbs()
itself returns -ENOMEM after alloc_stream_bufs() has already succeeded,
the URBs and/or the coherent DMA stream buffers stay allocated while
streaming reports failure to vb2. Two latent defects follow on the next
VIDIOC_STREAMON:
1) rtl2832_sdr_alloc_stream_bufs() unconditionally resets dev->buf_num
to 0 and overwrites dev->buf_list[]/dev->dma_addr[], permanently
leaking the coherent DMA memory allocated by the previous attempt.
2) rtl2832_sdr_alloc_urbs() never resets dev->urbs_initialized and only
increments it. After a second successful pass urbs_initialized can
exceed MAX_BULK_BUFS, so the subsequent rtl2832_sdr_free_urbs() walks
from urbs_initialized - 1 down to 0 and reads past the end of
dev->urb_list[], passing garbage pointers to usb_free_urb().
Mirror the teardown that stop_streaming() already performs: on the error
path call rtl2832_sdr_free_urbs() and rtl2832_sdr_free_stream_bufs()
before unlocking. Both helpers are idempotent (free_urbs kills and zeros
urbs_initialized; free_stream_bufs is gated on URB_BUF and clears the
buf_num counter), so partial-failure paths and the no-allocation paths
remain safe.

| oRPC is an tool that helps build APIs that are end-to-end type-safe and adhere to OpenAPI standards. Prior to 1.14.8, the @orpc/server CORS plugin in packages/server/src/plugins/cors.ts copies a client's incoming Vary request header into the response instead of controlling Vary as a response-only header and using Origin for request-origin variation. In deployments behind a shared cache, CDN, or reverse proxy that keys responses using Vary, a client can inject arbitrary variation values, pollute cache keys, and cause inconsistent CORS enforcement for other clients. Default non-cached configurations have no established direct confidentiality, integrity, or availability impact. This issue is fixed in version 1.14.8. |
| Canva Desktop before v1.125.0 performed double decoding in the deeplink handler. A threat actor could cause the application to load arbitrary same-origin content under the user’s session. |
| Nodemailer before 9.1.0 contains a quadratic time complexity vulnerability in the addressparser component that allows remote attackers to cause denial of service by supplying a crafted comma-separated address list. Attackers can send a single email with a large number of addresses to block the Node.js event loop for extended periods, consuming 100% CPU and freezing the process. |
| vm2 versions 3.11.4 through 3.11.6 incompletely filter Node.js registered internal symbols across the sandbox boundary. The extraction filters in lib/setup-sandbox.js and the cross-realm symbol checks and write traps in lib/bridge.js use a fixed list of known dangerous registered symbols that omits nodejs.stream.disturbed and nodejs.stream.errored, which are exposed on host WebStream prototypes on newer Node.js releases (validated on Node.js v25.8.0). When the embedder exposes a host WebStream object and the host stream/web module to the sandbox, sandbox code can obtain the real host symbols via Object.getOwnPropertySymbols(streamWeb.ReadableStream.prototype) and use them as write keys on host stream objects, corrupting host-visible stream state — for example making stream.Readable.isDisturbed() return false for an already-consumed stream. This can bypass host logic that relies on Node's public stream-state helpers to enforce one-shot body consumption, reject errored streams, or decide whether a stream is safe to hand to another component. It is not a host code-execution primitive in the reported proof of vulnerability. This is an incomplete fix for the earlier nodejs.* symbol filtering issue. Fixed in vm2 3.11.7. |
| Out-of-bounds read in Windows Win32K - GRFX allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| vm2 before 3.11.7 contains a module allowlist bypass vulnerability in isPathAllowedForModule that uses raw string prefix matching instead of boundary-anchored comparison. Attackers can reach non-allowlisted packages sharing a prefix with allowlisted modules by performing relative requires from allowlisted packages when transitive loading is disabled. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Internet Key Exchange (IKE) Protocol allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network. |
| A vulnerability in Cisco Adaptive Security Device Manager (ASDM) single sign-on (SSO) handler for Cisco Secure FMC Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to log in as the Cisco ASDM administrator user.
This vulnerability is due to improper management of the Cisco ASDM SSO token. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by performing session token forgery techniques. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to log in as the administrator user and, by repeating this action, keep legitimate administrators locked out of the ASDM indefinitely. |
| BlueKitchen BTstack through 1.8.2 fails to validate the peer-reported endpoint count against table bounds in A2DP stream endpoint discovery. A bonded peer can send an AVDTP DISCOVER response with more endpoints than the fixed table holds, causing out-of-bounds writes that corrupt adjacent static objects and crash the process or sever event delivery. |
| vm2 3.11.3 through 3.11.6 exposes the host Node.js crypto module to a NodeVM sandbox when the crypto builtin is allowed. The module is presented via a recursive read-only proxy, but its callable exports still execute with host-process authority. Sandboxed JavaScript can therefore call crypto.setEngine() with a filesystem path to an attacker-supplied native library (for example, one bundled in an untrusted plugin package already written to disk); OpenSSL asks the operating-system dynamic loader to load the file, and the library's constructor executes native code in the host process before engine-symbol validation rejects it. Exploitation requires only the crypto builtin and does not require fs, process, module, child_process, worker_threads, vm, or inspector access, resulting in a sandbox escape and arbitrary native code execution. Fixed in 3.11.7. |
| roxmltree through 0.21.1 performs quadratic-time attribute and namespace validation during XML parsing without limits on attribute count. Attackers can craft XML documents with tens of thousands of attributes on a single element to consume excessive CPU time and cause denial of service. |
| OpenTelemetry-Go is the Go implementation of OpenTelemetry. From version 1.10.0 until 1.33.0, the sdk/trace/span.go attribute truncation path can fail to enforce AttributeValueLengthLimit for string and string-slice attributes containing the valid Unicode replacement character U+FFFD. safeTruncateValidUTF8 treats the valid replacement rune as invalid UTF-8 and returns the original input, while strings.ToValidUTF8 leaves that valid rune unchanged, so a second safeTruncate attempt can also return the oversized value. An attacker who controls span attribute content can retain values longer than the configured limit, increasing per-span memory use and weakening denial-of-service protection in the instrumented process. This issue is fixed in version 1.33.0. |
| As part of Cisco's ongoing commitment to proactive security and product quality, the Cisco Secure Email Gateway and Cisco Secure Email and Web Manager engineering team has conducted a comprehensive internal security review. This review resulted in software hardening releases that address multiple internally discovered vulnerabilities.
The vulnerabilities tracked by CVE-2026-76442 are related to issues with improper validation of specified quantity in input that are grouped under the Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE) Pillar CWE-1284. |
| On affected platforms running Arista EOS with OSPFv2 and OSPFv2 segment routing configured, a specially crafted OSPFv2 packet from an adjacent OSPF neighbor may cause OSPF to restart unexpectedly. |
| Stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability in Samsung Opensource rLottie allows attackers to overflow buffers, leading to memory corruption when rendering crafted vector animations.
This issue affects rLottie: 480a2ad0c5d2e45458c545b8213279e9e8b71e39. |
| Soup Sieve is a CSS selector library designed to be used with Beautiful Soup 4. Prior to 2.9, the selector parser in src/soupsieve/css_parser.py defines IDENTIFIER with adjacent quantified groups over overlapping character classes, and VALUE embeds IDENTIFIER for attribute selectors. When an attacker-controlled selector contains a long identifier or unquoted attribute-value run followed by input that makes the overall match fail, the regular expression engine explores quadratically many splits between the overlapping groups. User-controlled selectors can reach this path through soupsieve.compile(), soupsieve.select(), or BeautifulSoup.select(), while applications using only hard-coded selectors are unaffected. The resulting CPU consumption can hold the Python GIL, exhaust application workers, and stall a service; successful plain identifier matches are linear, and the issue does not cause memory corruption or code execution. The issue is fixed in version 2.9. |
| MikroTik RouterOS before 7.24 contains a heap memory corruption vulnerability in the userspace SMB daemon that allows remote attackers to corrupt adjacent heap memory by supplying a crafted uniPwdLen value in the SMB1 SessionSetupAndX handler. An attacker can send a malformed SMB1 request with a uniPwdLen field that triggers an integer underflow, causing the resulting value to be used as the copy length in a memory copy operation into a smaller heap buffer, corrupting adjacent heap memory. |
| Netcore NR255-V version 1.5.130703 contains a stack-based buffer overflow in reboot_timer_set.cgi caused by improper sscanf token parsing. Attackers can exploit this flaw by submitting crafted input to the affected endpoint to corrupt stack memory. |
| Mattermost Desktop App versions <=6.2 6.2.2.0 fail to validate the URL scheme when checking whether a target URL is internal to the connected server, which allows a network-positioned attacker to load a plugin popout window over an insecure connection via a link using a downgraded URL scheme.
