CVSS v3.1 |
| MapServer is a system for developing web-based GIS applications. From 6.0 until 8.6.4, MapServer's OpenLayers HTML output for SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetMap&FORMAT=application/openlayers reflects an attacker-controlled X-Forwarded-Host value received as HTTP_X_FORWARDED_HOST through msBuildOnlineResource(), processLine(), and the [mapserv_onlineresource] substitution in src/maputil.c and src/maptemplate.c without escaping it for a single-quoted JavaScript string. When the deployment trusts the forwarded header and does not configure a fixed ows_onlineresource or MS_ONLINERESOURCE value, embedded single quotes can escape the generated URL string. An unauthenticated attacker can craft a URL that executes arbitrary JavaScript in the MapServer site origin when opened by a victim, enabling access to sessions or tokens, same-origin data and requests, and actions as the victim. This issue is fixed in version 8.6.4. |
| Many Notes is a Markdown note-taking web application designed for simplicity. Prior to 0.16.0, the ZIP vault import implemented in app/Actions/ProcessImportedVault.php accepts archive filenames containing parent-directory traversal segments. An authenticated user can write arbitrary files outside the importing user's vault and into other users' vaults, including overwriting existing files. Disguised SVG content can be placed in another user's vault and execute stored cross-site scripting when the victim opens that vault. This issue is fixed in version 0.16.0. |
| OpenImageIO is a toolset for reading, writing, and manipulating image files of any image file format relevant to VFX / animation. Prior to versions 3.0.16.0 and 3.1.11.0, processing a crafted BMP file through oiiotool or an application linked to OpenImageIO can reach BMP palette handling in src/bmp.imageio/bmpinput.cpp with an empty color table. BmpInput::read_native_scanline then performs an invalid palette read while decoding an RLE-compressed scanline, causing a process crash and denial of service. This issue is fixed in versions 3.0.16.0 and 3.1.11.0. |
| MKP is a Model Context Protocol server for Kubernetes. Prior to 0.4.1, cmd/server/main.go exposes the default HTTP endpoint and pkg/mcp/server.go registers the unauthenticated get_resource tool, which accepts attacker-controlled limitBytes and tailLines values for the pods logs subresource. buildPodLogOpts() in pkg/k8s/subresource.go parses those values as unbounded int64 parameters, and defaultGetPodLogs() copies the returned Kubernetes log stream through io.Copy into an in-memory bytes.Buffer without an application-side cap. A remote attacker who can reach the default port 8080 MCP endpoint and select a pod with sufficiently large accumulated logs can send one tools/call request that causes large allocations and additional response copies, while the request-frequency limiter does not constrain per-request volume. This can exhaust process memory, terminate the MKP server, and deny the MCP service; observed testing showed more than one GiB of RSS growth while handling a 128 MiB requested stream. This issue is fixed in version 0.4.1. |
| Chamilo LMS is an open-source learning management system. From 2.0.0 through at least 2.1.0, Chamilo LMS stores private Message.content without server-side sanitization and renders it as HTML in assets/vue/views/message/MessageShow.vue and public/main/template/default/message/view_message.html.twig. An authenticated low-privilege user, including a student, can directly address crafted message content to an administrator because the message creation flow permits a sender to select another user as the recipient. The content executes in the recipient's browser when the recipient opens the routine inbox or message view, without requiring a link click, and can expose session credentials or permit actions as the administrator. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.0.1. |
| An out-of-bounds write vulnerability [CWE-787] vulnerability in Fortinet FortiWeb 8.0.0 through 8.0.3, FortiWeb 7.6.0 through 7.6.6, FortiWeb 7.4.0 through 7.4.11 may allow a remote privileged attacker to execute arbitrary code or command via crafted HTTP requests. |
| In openNDS before 11.0.0, the client_params.sh script, invoked by the openNDS daemon to serve the authenticated client status page, is vulnerable to OS command injection through crafted HTTP GET query parameter keys. An authenticated captive portal user can inject arbitrary shell commands by embedding semicolons in a URL query parameter name. |
| authentik is an open-source identity provider. Prior to 2026.2.7, 2026.5.7, and 2026.8.2, an authentik SAML Source verifies an assertion's signature and validity period but does not ensure that the identity provider issued the assertion for that Source or in response to a login request from that Source. The SAML Source also does not record already accepted assertions, allowing replay. An unauthenticated actor who possesses such a valid assertion can use an assertion intended for another service provider or reuse an earlier assertion to authenticate as the user named by the assertion. Only SAML Sources are affected; SAML Providers and other Source types are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 2026.2.7, 2026.5.7, and 2026.8.2. |
| authentik is an open-source identity provider. Prior to 2026.2.7, 2026.5.7, and 2026.8.2, authentik API serializers return stored credentials when an account has view permission on an affected configuration, even when that account is not authorized to change the configuration or read its secrets. Affected configurations include one-time code delivery by mail or SMS, outbound provisioning targets, device trust integrations, identity sources, the Kubernetes outpost integration, applications using a client or shared secret, and applications using a proxy provider. Deployments are affected when view permission is granted to accounts that are not intended to read these credentials; deployments where every viewer is permitted to read them are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 2026.2.7, 2026.5.7, and 2026.8.2. |
| authentik is an open-source identity provider. Prior to 2026.2.7, 2026.5.7, and 2026.8.2, an account with delegated permission to manage a group, group membership, or a user can grant superuser status to an account or assign an existing role to a group without holding the permissions that gate those privileges. Group hierarchy checks do not consistently account for superuser status inherited from ancestor groups, and role assignment to a group lacks the required authorization check. Only deployments that delegate these management capabilities to accounts that are not full administrators are affected. This issue is fixed in versions 2026.2.7, 2026.5.7, and 2026.8.2. |
| authentik is an open-source identity provider. Prior to 2026.2.7, 2026.5.7, and 2026.8.2, authentik email authenticator enrollment during an authentication or enrollment flow accepts a recipient address supplied in the setup request instead of using the address already established by the flow. An actor who knows a target user's password can substitute an attacker-controlled address, receive the one-time code, and finish enrolling the factor as the target. The target must not have enrolled the email factor already. Successful enrollment gives the actor a session as the target and access to single sign-on applications behind the account. Other authenticator types are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 2026.2.7, 2026.5.7, and 2026.8.2. |
| Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in elixir-grpc grpc allows unauthenticated attackers to exhaust the BEAM's memory and crash the server by streaming a large or slow-trickle unary request body.
'Elixir.GRPC.Server.Adapters.Cowboy.Handler':read_full_body/3 (lib/grpc/server/adapters/cowboy/handler.ex) accumulates every received chunk into a single growing binary with no size cap. Additionally, when the client omits the grpc-timeout header, the per-chunk read timeout resolves to :infinity, allowing a slow-trickle client to keep the connection alive indefinitely while memory grows. A single connection is sufficient to exhaust server memory and crash the node.
This issue affects grpc: from 0.3.0-alpha.2 before 1.0.0. |
| CyberPanel v1.9.1 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the compress method exposed through the /filemanager/controller endpoint. An authenticated remote attacker with ownership of any configured domain can supply absolute or otherwise out-of-scope file paths in the listOfFiles JSON property, together with attacker-controlled basePath and compressedFileName values, in a method=compress request. Because the application validates only domain ownership and does not canonicalize or restrict these paths to the authorized site directory, the backend appends them to zip or tar archive commands and executes them as the website externalApp user, allowing disclosure of arbitrary readable files through the generated archive. |
| Deserialization of Untrusted Data and Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerabilities in elixir-grpc grpc allow unauthenticated attackers to crash the BEAM node via atom table exhaustion and, when a decoded term flows into a call site that invokes it, achieve remote code execution on the server.
'Elixir.GRPC.Codec.Erlpack':decode/2 (lib/grpc/codec/erlpack.ex) calls :erlang.binary_to_term/1 on the raw gRPC message body without the :safe option, no size bound, and no type guard. Any unauthenticated peer that sends a request with Content-Type: application/grpc+erlpack can send a crafted payload that mints arbitrary new atoms (which are never garbage-collected, exhausting the bounded atom table and crashing the VM) or that encodes a fun term which, if applied anywhere downstream, executes attacker-controlled code inside the server process.
This issue affects grpc: from 0.4.0 before 1.0.0. |
| OpenEXR 3.4.14 contains a NULL Pointer Dereference in the C++ attribute parsing path. A specially crafted EXR file containing an unknown-type attribute with dataSize set to zero causes the parser to create an opaque attribute with a NULL packed_data pointer. The OpaqueAttribute constructor passes the NULL pointer to memcpy() without validating the zero-size condition, resulting in undefined behavior and process termination, leading to denial of service. |
| Out-of-bounds read while parsing untrusted SVG path strings in Qt Quick's Context2D.path / PathSvg.path. |
| Authentication bypass vulnerability in the password authentication mechanism of the Qt VNC Server module. An attacker using a specially modified VNC client that violates the RFB protocol can bypass Qt VNC Server's password authentication and gain unauthorized remote access to the shared application, compromising the confidentiality and integrity of the session. |
| libsndfile 1.2.2 contains an integer overflow vulnerability in mat4_read_header() when parsing crafted MAT4 (MATLAB v4) files. |
| libical 4.0.6 contains an incompatible function pointer in icalparameter_string_to_kind(). When parsing iCalendar data containing a parameterized property, the function passes icalparameter_compare_kind_map() to bsearch() through an incompatible comparator function pointer type. bsearch() invokes the callback through the mismatched type, resulting in undefined behavior and process termination, leading to denial of service. |
| Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key vulnerability in elixir-grpc grpc allows authenticated attackers to access or modify resources belonging to other users by smuggling a conflicting value for any path-bound field via the query string or request body.
In 'Elixir.GRPC.Server.Transcode':map_request/5 (lib/grpc/server/transcode.ex), all three clauses use Map.merge/2 with path bindings as the first argument, giving them the lowest merge precedence. A request such as GET /users/me/profile?user_id=victim (or a POST with {"user_id": "victim"} when body: "*") yields a decoded protobuf struct where the path-bound field carries the attacker-supplied value rather than the router-extracted value. Any handler that uses the path-bound field for authorization, multi-tenancy scoping, or ownership checks is silently bypassed.
This issue affects grpc: from 0.8.0 before 1.0.0. |
