A vulnerability has been found in SourceCodester Simple Online Food Ordering System 1.0. This affects an unknown function of the file /admin/ajax.php?action=save_menu. The manipulation of the argument ID leads to sql injection. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
CVE-2026-71862 1 Bluewave-labs 1 Checkmate 2026-08-21 7.5 High
Checkmate is an open-source, self-hosted tool designed to track and monitor server hardware, uptime, response times, and incidents in real-time with beautiful visualizations. From 3.3.0 until 3.9.2, enabling the global showURL setting causes the unauthenticated GET /api/v1/status-page/:url endpoint to return complete monitor objects from server/src/controllers/statusPageController.ts. The response includes the secret field used by HttpProvider.ts as an HTTP Authorization credential, even though BaseStatusPage.tsx does not display that value, allowing visitors to extract credentials from the JSON response and use them against monitored services. This issue is fixed in version 3.9.2.
CVE-2026-69222 1 Harttle 1 Liquidjs 2026-08-21 7.5 High
LiquidJS is a Shopify / GitHub Pages compatible template engine in pure JavaScript. Prior to 10.27.2, the join filter in src/filters/array.ts computes complexity from array.length and separator length instead of the total string length produced by array.join(sep). The concat filter can cheaply double arrays of references, after which join materializes the referenced content while charging only for element count, allowing a template to exceed a configured memoryLimit by a large factor. The sibling array_to_sentence_string filter in src/filters/string.ts has the same accounting defect, and a crafted template can allocate toward V8's string or process memory limit and crash the process. This issue is fixed in version 10.27.2.
CVE-2026-68899 1 Wekan 1 Wekan 2026-08-21 8.7 High
Wekan is open source kanban built with Meteor. Prior to 9.90, isFileValid() in models/fileValidation.js used the Unix file command for content-based MIME detection, but detectMimeFromFile() silently returned undefined when that binary was unavailable and the validation fell back to the attacker-controlled fileObj.type supplied through server/routes/attachmentApi.js. On deployments with WITH_API=true and no file binary, an authenticated board member could label HTML containing JavaScript as image/png, bypass the dangerous MIME check, and store active content under the Wekan origin for execution when another user opened it. Version 9.90 adds looksLikeDangerousMarkup() to inspect file bytes and force dangerous-content scanning when MIME detection is unavailable. This issue is fixed in version 9.90.
CVE-2026-63388 1 Libevent Project 1 Libevent 2026-08-21 8.4 High
Libevent is an event notification library. Prior to 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha, libevent has a heap out-of-bounds write in bufferevent_sock.c when bufferevent_socket_set_conn_address_ copies a kernel-supplied AF_UNIX peer address into bufferevent_private.conn_address. Release builds compiled with NDEBUG disable the EVUTIL_ASSERT length guard, and the evhttp accept path can pass a 110-byte sockaddr from accept() into the 28-byte field. An unauthenticated local peer able to connect to an AF_UNIX listener can overwrite the adjacent dns_request pointer and heap data, causing memory corruption with confidentiality, integrity, and availability impact. This issue is fixed in versions 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha.
CVE-2026-63385 1 Libevent Project 1 Libevent 2026-08-21 7.7 High
Libevent is an event notification library. Prior to 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha, libevent has two HTTP parsing weaknesses in http.c. evhttp_decode_uri_internal decodes percent-encoded %00 bytes into literal NUL characters, which can cause downstream C string operations to truncate a path and bypass validation performed on a different representation. evhttp_header_is_valid_value also accepts obsolete line folding in header values containing carriage return or line feed characters, allowing a proxy and libevent to interpret headers differently and enabling header injection or access control bypass. The CRLF header acceptance is fixed in versions 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha, but the reviewed patches do not clearly remediate the URI NUL-truncation condition.
CVE-2026-62677 1 Omnigent-ai 1 Omnigent 2026-08-21 8.8 High
Omnigent is an open-source AI agent framework and meta-harness for orchestrating coding agents. Prior to 0.3.0, an authenticated user can upload a session-scoped agent bundle with an absolute or traversal-containing os_env.cwd value because omnigent/spec/parser.py stores the value verbatim and omnigent/spec/validator.py does not constrain it. On a runner where OMNIGENT_RUNNER_WORKSPACE is unset, omnigent/runner/resource_registry.py preserves the attacker-controlled path and omnigent/inner/os_env.py uses the resolved path as the environment root and copytree source. The _assert_within_cwd check then treats that attacker-selected root as trusted, allowing sys_os_read, write, edit, and shell tools to access runner files and environment secrets outside the intended workspace. This issue is fixed in version 0.3.0.
CVE-2026-55893 1 Capstone-engine 1 Capstone 2026-08-21 7.0 High
Capstone is a disassembly framework. In 6.0.0-Alpha9 and earlier, Capstone's arch/SH/SHDisassembler.c SH floating-point decoders such as opFADD, opFMUL, and opFSUB call set_reg() and set_reg_n() using sh_info.op.op_count without checking the fixed-size operands[] array. Repeated crafted instructions processed through cs_disasm_iter() or cs_disasm() with CS_ARCH_SH, CS_MODE_SH2A or CS_MODE_SH4A, CS_MODE_SHFPU, and CS_OPT_DETAIL can increment the operand count beyond the 176-byte sh_info allocation and perform a four-byte heap buffer overflow write. The corruption can crash the process and may enable code execution depending on heap layout. This issue is fixed in version 6.0.0-Alpha10.
CVE-2026-54449 1 Langbot 1 Langbot 2026-08-21 8.8 High
LangBot is a global IM bot platform designed for LLMs. In version 4.10.7 and earlier, any authenticated user can add or change an STDIO MCP server configuration without an adequate authorization boundary. In src/langbot/pkg/provider/tools/loaders/mcp.py, StdioServerParameters accepts the configured command and arguments and starts a server-side subprocess on the LangBot server. An attacker who can sign up or obtain an account can use the Extensions MCP configuration to execute arbitrary commands with the privileges of the LangBot service, enabling data disclosure, modification, and service disruption. No fixed version is available as of this review.
CVE-2026-54071 1 Funstory-ai 1 Babeldoc 2026-08-21 7.8 High
BabelDOC is a document translation tool. Prior to 0.6.3, BabelDOC's vendored PDF parser in babeldoc/pdfminer/cmapdb.py deserializes untrusted pickle data when CMapDB._load_data() loads CMap files. PDF-controlled Encoding or CMapName values and embedded PostScript usecmap operators can reach this sink after path separators are decoded, while _normalize_cmap_name() removes only a leading slash. Absolute paths or traversal sequences can escape the trusted CMap directories through os.path.join(), select an attacker-writable .pickle.gz file, and cause pickle.loads() to execute arbitrary Python code with the privileges of the BabelDOC process. This issue is fixed in version 0.6.3.
CVE-2026-46682 1 Bigbluebutton 1 Bigbluebutton 2026-08-21 8.5 High
BigBlueButton is an open-source virtual classroom. Prior to 3.0.23, BigBlueButton allowed authenticated moderators to inject SQL through the meetingId and userId values used by refreshBreakoutRoomsVisibleForUsers in akka-bbb-apps/src/main/scala/org/bigbluebutton/core/db/BreakoutRoomUserDAO.scala. The method interpolated those values into breakout room visibility queries, allowing arbitrary SQL execution against the application database. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.23.
CVE-2026-30826 1 Combodo 1 Itop 2026-08-21 8 High
Combodo iTop is a web based IT service management tool. Prior to 3.2.3, there is a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the testing OQL query functionality. This issue has been fixed in version 3.2.3.
CVE-2026-74431 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-21 7.5 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: rxrpc: Fix potential infinite loop in rxrpc_recvmsg() Fix the wait in rxrpc_recvmsg() also take check the oob queue.
CVE-2026-74438 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-21 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: crypto: sun4i-ss - Remove insecure and unused rng_alg Remove sun4i_ss_rng, as it is insecure and unused: - It has multiple vulnerabilities. sun4i_ss_prng_seed() is missing locking and has a buffer overflow. sun4i_ss_prng_generate() fails to fill the entire buffer with cryptographic random bytes, because it rounds the destination length down and also doesn't actually wait for the hardware to be ready before pulling bytes from it. - No user of this code is known. It's usable only theoretically via the "rng" algorithm type of AF_ALG. But userspace actually just uses the actual Linux RNG (/dev/random etc) instead. And rng_algs don't contribute entropy to the actual Linux RNG either. (This may have been confused with hwrng, which does contribute entropy.) The sun4i_ss_prng_seed() buffer overflow was reported by Tianchu Chen and discovered by Atuin - Automated Vulnerability Discovery Engine There's no point in fixing all these vulnerabilities individually when this is unused code, so let's just remove it.
CVE-2026-74446 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-21 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdkfd: hold event_mutex while checkpointing CRIU events kfd_criu_checkpoint_events() counts the entries in p->event_idr via kfd_get_num_events(), allocates an array sized to that count, and then walks the same IDR to fill it. Neither the count nor the walk holds p->event_mutex. The CRIU checkpoint caller holds only p->mutex. Event create and destroy (kfd_event_create()/kfd_event_destroy()) take p->event_mutex and do not take p->mutex, so a second thread in the same process can insert or remove events between the count and the walk. If an event is inserted, the walk iterates more entries than were counted and writes past the end of the ev_privs allocation; if an event is removed, the walk dereferences an entry that is being freed. Hold p->event_mutex across the count and the walk so both observe a consistent view of p->event_idr. The lock is released before copy_to_user(), which only touches the local buffer. The caller already holds p->mutex and the create/destroy paths never take p->mutex, so the p->mutex -> p->event_mutex order is not inverted and no deadlock is introduced. CVE-2026-74447 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-21 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdkfd: fix uint32_t overflow in EOP ring buffer size alignment eop_ring_buffer_size in struct queue_properties is a u32. In kfd_queue_acquire_buffers() the expected EOP buffer size is computed as ALIGN(eop_ring_buffer_size, PAGE_SIZE); ALIGN uses typeof(x), so the addition is done in 32-bit. A user-supplied size of 0xFFFFF001 wraps to 0, causing kfd_queue_buffer_get() to skip its exact-size check (gated on size != 0) and accept any BO mapped at the address. On GFX8/GFX9 the MQD cp_hqd_eop_control is then programmed for an 8KB EOP ring backed by a 4KB BO, so CP EOP writes can land past the buffer and fault the GPU. Cast the operand to u64 so the alignment is computed in 64-bit; the size check in kfd_queue_buffer_get() then rejects the oversized request. CVE-2026-74497 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-21 8.4 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: usb-audio: Clamp frame size in implicit-feedback mode snd_usb_handle_sync_urb() scales received sync packet sizes by the sender's stride and stores the result directly in out_packet->packet_size[i]. If a connected USB device sends an oversized sync packet, this frame count can exceed ep->maxframesize. The un-clamped frame count then propagates to the playback endpoint queue, potentially driving packet transfers beyond the endpoint's hardware frame limits. Cap the calculated frame count against ep->maxframesize in snd_usb_handle_sync_urb() to prevent oversized packets from entering the playback queue.
CVE-2026-74502 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-21 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: ump: fix double free of out_cvts on rawmidi error snd_ump_attach_legacy_rawmidi() allocates the legacy conversion array ump->out_cvts and, on the snd_rawmidi_new() error path, frees it with kfree() but leaves ump->out_cvts pointing at the freed memory. When the endpoint is later torn down, snd_ump_endpoint_free() frees ump->out_cvts a second time, resulting in a double free. The host snd-usb-audio driver attaches the legacy rawmidi for any USB MIDI 2.0 (UMP) device, so a device that makes snd_rawmidi_new() fail reaches this path on enumeration. Clear ump->out_cvts after freeing it on the error path so it is not freed again during teardown. Discovered by XBOW, triaged by Baul Lee <baul.lee@xbow.com>

CVE-2026-74481 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-21 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/page_reporting: use system_freezable_wq to fix UAF during suspend During PM freeze (e.g. S3 suspend or S4 hibernation), device drivers like virtio_balloon reset their underlying virtio devices and delete their virtqueues via vdev->config->del_vqs(). However, page reporting work (page_reporting_process) was scheduled on the global system_wq. Because system_wq lacks the WQ_FREEZABLE flag, the PM freezer skips it, leaving page_reporting_process active during suspend. If pages are freed into the buddy allocator while suspending (for example, when core MM invokes the balloon shrinker during S4 hibernation image saving), page reporting triggers virtballoon_free_page_report() on deleted virtqueues, resulting in a Use-After-Free / General Protection Fault: [ 196.795226] general protection fault, probably for non-canonical address 0xaa1436fe70dae6df: 0000 [#1] SMP NOPTI [ 196.825967] Workqueue: events page_reporting_process [ 196.831038] RIP: 0010:virtqueue_add_split+0x233/0x4c0 [virtio_ring] [ 196.927073] virtballoon_free_page_report+0x3a/0xe0 [virtio_balloon] [ 196.946943] page_reporting_process+0x370/0x4f0 Fix this by switching page reporting work to system_freezable_wq. This ensures that the PM freezer pauses page_reporting_process before device drivers destroy their reporting virtqueues. Because the reporting worker is frozen, memory reclamation/freeing (e.g. via shrinker execution) can safely return pages to MM during freeze without triggering unfrozen reporting work on deleted virtqueues. This aligns with the driver's existing design. The comment in virtballoon_freeze() states: /* * The workqueue is already frozen by the PM core before this * function is called. */ Testing: I have verified these fixes using Google’s virtualization infrastructure by running continuous suspend/resume iterations (40+ cycles) while churning memory using stress-ng (`stress-ng --vm 4 --vm-bytes 60% --timeout 1`) to constantly create free pages for the buddy allocator. We also set the `page_reporting_order` parameter to 0 to make the page reporting worker highly sensitive, forcing it to pick up any 4K free pages. This confirmed that the UAF crashes are no longer reproducible.
