CVE-2026-87028 1 Concretecms 1 Concrete Cms 2026-09-21 6.5 Medium
Concrete CMS 9 through 9.5.3 did not confirm that a board InstanceItem submitted to the custom-slot preview endpoint belonged to the board instance the requesting user was authorized to edit, and did not enforce page-view permission before generating page-backed summary content. As a result, an authenticated user holding edit-board-contents permission on a single board instance could submit the identifier of an item belonging to a different board instance and receive summary fields, including the page title and description, of an underlying page the same user was otherwise forbidden to view. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 5.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:L/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Pakung for reporting.
CVE-2026-87031 1 Concretecms 1 Concrete Cms 2026-09-21 2.7 Low
n Concrete CMS 9.2.0 through 9.5.3, the REST API user creation endpoint (POST /ccm/api/1.0/users, the add() method of concrete/src/Api/Controller/Users.php) did not perform a permission check before creating an account. As a result, any valid OAuth token carrying the users:add scope, including a client_credentials token with no associated user context, could create active, validated user accounts, bypassing email verification and administrator approval. Under default registration settings the created accounts could then edit page content, providing a path to stored cross-site scripting and further compromise. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Winston Crooker for reporting.
CVE-2026-18120 1 Concretecms 1 Concrete Cms 2026-09-21 5.9 Medium
Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 exposed a legacy Express entry search endpoint that returned entry result JSON without invoking the canViewExpressEntries() permission check applied by the normal dashboard and CSV Export flow. An unauthenticated visitor who knew or discovered an Express entity identifier could enumerate that entity's entry search results, disclosing attribute values intended to be restricted to privileged users. For Express entities that do not support entry-specific permissions (i.e., supportsEntrySpecificPermissions() returns false), per-entry permission filtering is additionally disabled via EntryList::ignorePermissions(). The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 6.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:H/AT:P/PR:N/UI:N/VC:L/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Daniel Powell for reporting.
CVE-2026-18425 1 Concretecms 1 Concrete Cms 2026-09-21 2.7 Low
Concrete CMS 9 before 9.5.3 authorized the dashboard sitemap reorder action (Concrete\Controller\Backend\Dashboard\SitemapUpdate) using only the global access_sitemap task permission and did not check per-page edit permission before updating each page's display order. As a result, an authenticated user granted sitemap access could change the display order (cDisplayOrder) of any pages they had no rights to edit, altering the order in which those pages render in navigation, breadcrumb, and page-list output. The reorder action additionally validated no CSRF token, so the write could be triggered by a forged request. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Winston Crooker for reporting.
CVE-2026-18422 1 Concretecms 1 Concrete Cms 2026-09-21 6.5 Medium
Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 did not enforce a destination-side authorization check and did not validate a CSRF token in the multilingual page assignment backend action (Backend\Page\Multilingual::assign). As a result, an authenticated user who held the Edit Page Multilingual Settings permission on a single page could bind an arbitrary page in another locale as that source page's translation, and could delete legitimate translation pairs maintained by other editors, altering public-facing language routing across the site. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:L/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Winston Crooker for reporting.
CVE-2026-86802 2026-09-21 3.7 Low
The To Do List Member WordPress plugin through 1.6 does not have authorisation or nonce checks in an import routine, and does not validate the location it fetches the imported data from, allowing unauthenticated users to create arbitrary published posts and taxonomy terms on the site.
CVE-2026-88978 1 Hatchet-dev 1 Hatchet 2026-09-21 4.3 Medium
Hatchet is a platform for orchestrating background tasks, AI agents, and durable workflows at scale. Prior to 0.106.1, the WorkerStatus gRPC polling path in pkg/repository/durable_events.go passes caller-supplied durable task, node, and branch identifiers to ListSatisfiedEntries without a tenant filter, allowing an authenticated tenant worker that knows another tenant's durable-task UUID to retrieve matching durable event-log records. The UUIDv4 requirement makes exploitation unlikely, and single-tenant deployments are unaffected in practice. This issue is fixed in version 0.106.1.
CVE-2026-63342 1 Hatchet-dev 1 Hatchet 2026-09-21 6.3 Medium
Hatchet is a platform for orchestrating background tasks, AI agents, and durable workflows at scale. Prior to 0.91.1, api-contracts/openapi/paths/v1/workflow-runs/workflow_run.yaml defines the GET /api/v1/stable/durable-tasks/{durable-task} endpoint implemented by listDurableEventLog without requiring the target tenant as a parent resource, allowing an authenticated user who obtains another tenant's durable task UUID to read that task's event log. Disclosed data can include task display names, workflow identifiers, user messages, wait conditions, branching logic, and timing information. This issue is fixed in version 0.91.1.
CVE-2026-0192 1 Google 1 Android 2026-09-21 6.7 Medium
In Bootloader, there is a possible escalation of privilege due to a missing permission check. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with System execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
CVE-2026-94113 1 Frappe 1 Erpnext 2026-09-21 6.5 Medium
Frappe ERPNext versions before 15.121.0 and 16.x before 16.34.0 contain an information disclosure vulnerability in whitelisted timesheet endpoints that fail to enforce doctype permissions. Authenticated attackers can call get_projectwise_timesheet_data, get_timesheet_detail_rate, and get_timesheet endpoints to enumerate and retrieve billable time logs including project names, billing amounts, and work descriptions without proper authorization checks.
CVE-2026-90551 1 Wwbn 1 Avideo 2026-09-21 5.3 Medium
WWBN AVideo through commit c3edcc274c389816d434acadac07ee78eaf330c1 fails to validate playlist ownership in the video_from_program API endpoint, allowing unauthenticated access to private playlist contents. Attackers can query the API without authentication to enumerate private playlist names, owner information, and video titles including password-protected content.
CVE-2026-90546 1 Wwbn 1 Avideo 2026-09-21 4.3 Medium
WWBN AVideo through commit c3edcc274c389816d434acadac07ee78eaf330c1 fails to validate video access permissions in the like.json.php endpoint, allowing logged-in users to record likes on password-protected and group-restricted videos. Attackers can submit like requests for videos they cannot watch to increment like counters and bypass access controls.
CVE-2026-83113 1 Oracle 1 Quality 2026-09-21 7.1 High
Vulnerability in the Oracle Quality product of Oracle E-Business Suite (component: Internal Operations). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.3-12.2.15. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Quality. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Quality accessible data as well as unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle Quality accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.1 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:L/A:N).
CVE-2026-76902 1 1panel-dev 1 Cordyscrm 2026-09-21 5 Medium
CordysCRM is an open source AI-powered customer relationship management system that supports private deployment. Prior to 1.7.4, ShiroFilter configures /attachment/preview/{id} and /pic/preview/{id} as anonymous, and both routes call AttachmentService.getResource, which performs a bare primary-key lookup without ownership, organization, or permission checks. An unauthenticated caller who guesses or observes an id generated by IDGenerator.nextStr can download files uploaded by users in other organizations because the stored organization id is used only to locate the file rather than authorize the caller. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.4.
CVE-2026-71543 1 Openbao 1 Openbao 2026-09-21 N/A
OpenBao is an open source identity-based secrets management system. Prior to 2.6.0, templated ACL, PKI, and SSH policies could substitute attacker-controlled identity data without rejecting syntax-significant characters. In ACL templated policies, asterisks, plus signs, and slashes could alter path matching. In PKI allowed_uri_sans_template and allowed_domains policies, an asterisk could broaden certificate issuance to unauthorized domains. In SSH allowed_users and allowed_domains policies, a comma could add unauthorized principals. Exploitation requires a deployment to use templated policy data that users can freely modify; templates based on the randomly generated identity.entity.id value are not affected. This could allow privilege escalation, unauthorized access, and unauthorized certificate issuance. This issue is fixed in version 2.6.0.
CVE-2026-94213 1 Redhat 2 Build Keycloak, Red Hat Single Sign On 2026-09-21 4.9 Medium
A flaw was found in the Authorization Services component of Keycloak, an open-source identity and access management solution. The issue occurs in the policy evaluation endpoint, which is used by administrators to test how access policies apply to specific users. Due to missing authorization checks, a delegated administrator with limited viewing privileges can access the full profile and role information of any user in the realm, even if they are not permitted to view user details. This could lead to the exposure of sensitive information such as email addresses and assigned security roles.
CVE-2026-92796 1 Manticoresoftware 1 Manticore Search 2026-09-21 8.8 High
Manticore Search versions 27.0.0 before 28.4.4 fail to validate permissions for all statements in multi-statement SQL requests, allowing read-only users to execute unauthorized queries. Attackers can append additional SELECT statements after the first statement to read credential tables and obtain password hashes that authenticate as administrators without plaintext recovery.
CVE-2026-94394 1 Misp 1 Misp 2026-09-21 N/A
When a regular user adds a reference between objects or attributes, MISP checks whether the user can access the overall event, but it does not always check whether the individual pieces of data are also allowed for that user. Because of this, someone who can view an event could potentially access attributes or objects inside that event that were meant to be restricted to a specific sharing group or distribution level. The vulnerability affects authenticated users who are not site administrators and who already have access to an event containing more restricted data. The main impact is that users may be able to view sensitive attribute values, object details, or related object data that they should not normally be allowed to see.
CVE-2026-69403 1 Microsoft 21 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 18 more 2026-09-21 5.5 Medium
Missing authorization in Windows SMB Server allows an authorized attacker to disclose information locally.
CVE-2026-86089 1 Apache 1 Nifi 2026-09-21 7.1 High
Apache NiFi 2.11.0 supports migrating the contents of a version-controlled Process Group into a Connector using REST API methods that list eligible migration sources and submit migration requests. The framework authorized both methods against the target Connector alone, without evaluating access to the Process Groups involved. The absence of Process Group authorization allowed an authenticated user with read access to a Connector to enumerate the identifiers, names, and flow registry details of version-controlled Process Groups outside the scope of granted read policies. It also allowed a user with write access to a Connector to migrate a Process Group without write access to that Process Group, copying the flow definition, referenced assets, and component state into the Connector, and leaving the source Process Group disabled and renamed. Migration excludes sensitive property values and requires the source Process Group to be stopped with empty queues, which limits the scope of exposure. Apache NiFi installations that do not implement component-level authorization policies for Process Groups are not subject to this vulnerability, because the framework enforces Connector write permissions as the security boundary. Upgrading to Apache NiFi 2.12.0 is the recommended mitigation, which filters migration sources to Process Groups the requesting user is authorized to read, and requires write access to the source Process Group when submitting a migration request.
