CVSS v3.1 |
| These Sinapsi devices
do not check if users that visit pages within the device have properly
authenticated. By directly visiting the pages within the device,
attackers can gain unauthorized access with administrative privileges. |
| These Sinapsi devices do not check for special elements in commands sent
to the system. By accessing certain pages with administrative privileges
that do not require authentication within the device, attackers can
execute arbitrary, unexpected, or dangerous commands directly onto the
operating system. |
| The Runtime Toolkit in CODESYS Runtime System 2.3.x and 2.4.x does not require authentication, which allows remote attackers to execute commands via the command-line interface in the TCP listener service or transfer files via requests to the TCP listener service. |
| Vulnerability of permission verification for APIs in the DownloadProviderMain module.
Impact: Successful exploitation of this vulnerability will affect integrity and availability. |
| Lenovo Mouse Suite before 6.73 allows local users to run arbitrary code with administrator privileges. |
|
Dell Pair Installer version prior to 1.2.1 contains an elevation of privilege vulnerability. A low privilege user with local access to the system could potentially exploit this vulnerability to delete arbitrary files and result in Denial of Service.
|
| LemonLDAP::NG before 1.2.3 does not use the signature-verification capability of the Lasso library, which allows remote attackers to bypass intended access-control restrictions via crafted SAML data. |
| A tenant administrator Hitachi Content Platform (HCP) may modify the configuration in another tenant without authorization, potentially allowing unauthorized access to data in the other tenant. Also, a tenant user (non-administrator) may view configuration in another tenant without authorization. This issue affects: Hitachi Vantara Hitachi Content Platform versions prior to 8.3.7; 9.0.0 versions prior to 9.2.3. |
| Permission control vulnerability in the media library module
Impact: Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may affect service confidentiality. |
| An attacker can pre-create the `/Applications/Google\ Drive.app/Contents/MacOS` directory which is expected to be owned by root to be owned by a non-root user. When the Drive for Desktop installer is run for the first time, it will place a binary in that directory with execute permissions and set its setuid bit. Since the attacker owns the directory, the attacker can replace the binary with a symlink, causing the installer to set the setuid bit on the symlink. When the symlink is executed, it will run with root permissions. We recommend upgrading past version 64.0 |
| An elevation of privilege vulnerability in the Broadcom Wi-Fi driver could enable a local malicious application to execute arbitrary code within the context of the kernel. This issue is rated as High because it first requires compromising a privileged process. Product: Android. Versions: Kernel-3.10, Kernel-3.18. Android ID: A-32219255. References: B-RB#105580. |
| log_query.cgi in Trend Micro Threat Discovery Appliance 2.6.1062r1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code as the root user via shell metacharacters in the cache_id parameter. |
| The GPU driver in Huawei P7 phones with software P7-L00 before P7-L00C17B851, P7-L05 before P7-L05C00B851, and P7-L09 before P7-L09C92B851 allows local users to read or write to arbitrary kernel memory locations and consequently cause a denial of service (system crash) or gain privileges via a crafted application. |
| IBM Cognos Business Intelligence 10.2 could allow a user with lower privilege Capabilities to adopt the Capabilities of a higher-privilege user by intercepting the higher-privilege user's cookie value from its HTTP request and then reusing it in subsequent requests. IBM Reference #: 1993718. |
| Samba version 4.0.0 up to 4.5.2 is vulnerable to privilege elevation due to incorrect handling of the PAC (Privilege Attribute Certificate) checksum. A remote, authenticated, attacker can cause the winbindd process to crash using a legitimate Kerberos ticket. A local service with access to the winbindd privileged pipe can cause winbindd to cache elevated access permissions. |
| In F5 BIG-IP 12.0.0 through 12.1.2, an authenticated attacker may be able to cause an escalation of privileges through a crafted iControl REST connection. |
| Remote Command Execution in com.trend.iwss.gui.servlet.ManagePatches in Trend Micro Interscan Web Security Virtual Appliance (IWSVA) version 6.5-SP2_Build_Linux_1707 and earlier allows authenticated, remote users with least privileges to run arbitrary commands on the system as root via Patch Update functionality. This was resolved in Version 6.5 CP 1737. |
| An issue was discovered in certain Apple products. iOS before 10.1 is affected. macOS before 10.12.1 is affected. tvOS before 10.0.1 is affected. watchOS before 3.1 is affected. The issue involves the "libxpc" component. It allows attackers to execute arbitrary code in a privileged context via a crafted app. |
| mediaserver in Android 2.2 through 5.x before 5.1 allows attackers to gain privileges. NOTE: This is a different vulnerability than CVE-2014-7921. |
| The scm plug-in in mock might allow attackers to bypass the intended chroot protection mechanism and gain root privileges via a crafted spec file. |
