CVSS v3.1 |
| The ST Categories Widget plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's st-categories shortcode in versions less than, or equal to, 1.0.0. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. |
| A vulnerability in the web services interface of Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to conduct cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks against a user of the interface.
This vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input by the web services interface of an affected device. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by persuading a user of the interface to click a crafted link. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary script code in the context of the interface or allow the attacker to access sensitive, browser-based information.Cisco has released software updates that address this vulnerability. There are no workarounds that address this vulnerability. This advisory is part of the October 2021 release of the Cisco ASA, FTD, and FMC Security Advisory Bundled publication. For a complete list of the advisories and links to them, see . |
| Cross-site scripting vulnerability exists in Splunk Config Explorer versions prior to 1.7.16. If this vulnerability is exploited, an arbitrary script may be executed on the web browser of the user who is using the product. |
| The Image Optimization by Optimole – Lazy Load, CDN, Convert WebP & AVIF plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the ‘allow_meme_types’ function in versions up to, and including, 3.12.10 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level permissions and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. |
| A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the RT-N10E/ RT-N12E 2.0.0.x firmware . This vulnerability caused by improper input validation and can be triggered via the manipulation of the SSID argument in the sysinfo.asp file, leading to disclosure of sensitive information. Note: All versions of RT-N10E and RT-N12E are unsupported (End-of-Life, EOL). Consumers can mitigate this vulnerability by disabling the remote access features from WAN |
| The WP AD Gallery plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'startindex' parameter of the ad-gallery shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 1.3. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. |
| agorum Software GmbH Agorum core open v11.9.2 & v11.10.1 was discovered to contain a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. |
| OpenObserve is a cloud-native observability platform. In versions up to and including 0.16.1, when creating or renaming an organization with HTML in the name, the markup is rendered inside the invitation email. This indicates that user-controlled input is inserted into the email template without proper HTML escaping. As of time of publication, no patched versions are available. |
| An issue in H3C Device R365V300R004 allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via the default password. NOTE: the Supplier's position is that their "product lines enforce or clearly prompt users to change any initial credentials upon first use. At most, this would be a case of misconfiguration if an administrator deliberately ignored the prompts, which is outside the scope of CVE definitions." |
| A vulnerability has been discovered in the firmware of Paxton Paxton10 before 4.6 SR6. The firmware file, rootfs.tar.gz, contains hard-coded credentials for the Twilio API. A remote attacker who obtains a copy of the firmware can extract these credentials. This could allow the attacker to gain unauthorized access to the associated Twilio account, leading to information disclosure, potential service disruption, and unauthorized use of the Twilio services. |
| The ParityPress – Parity Pricing with Discount Rules plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'Discount Text' in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level permissions and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This only affects multi-site installations and installations where unfiltered_html has been disabled. |
| Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in Ryan Sutana WP App Bar wp-app-bar allows Reflected XSS.This issue affects WP App Bar: from n/a through <= 1.5. |
| The CheckUser extension’s Special:Investigate interface is vulnerable to reflected XSS due to improper escaping of certain internationalized system messages rendered on the “IPs and User agents” tab.
This issue affects Mediawiki - CheckUser extension: from 1.39.X before 1.39.13, from 1.42.X before 1.42.7, from 1.43.X before 1.43.2. |
| The WikiCategoryTagCloud extension is vulnerable to reflected XSS via the linkstyle attribute, which is improperly concatenated into inline HTML without escaping. An attacker can inject JavaScript event handlers such as onmouseenter using carefully crafted input via the {{#tag:tagcloud}} parser function, resulting in arbitrary JavaScript execution when a victim hovers over a link in the category cloud.
The vulnerability exists because the linkstyle parameter is only passed through Sanitizer::checkCss() (which does not escape HTML) and is then directly inserted into a style attribute using string concatenation instead of Html::element or Html::openElement.
This issue affects Mediawiki - WikiCategoryTagCloud extension: from 1.39.X before 1.39.13, from 1.42.X before 1.42.7, from 1.43.X before 1.43.2. |
| The ApprovedRevs extension for MediaWiki is vulnerable to stored XSS in multiple locations where system messages are inserted into raw HTML without proper escaping. Attackers can exploit this by injecting JavaScript payloads via the uselang=x-xss language override, which causes crafted message keys to be rendered unescaped.
This issue affects Mediawiki - ApprovedRevs extension: from 1.39.X before 1.39.13, from 1.42.X before 1.42.7, from 1.43.X before 1.43.2. |
| The Gum Elementor Addon plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the Price Table and Post Slider widgets in all versions up to, and including, 1.3.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. |
| Kestra is an event-driven orchestration platform. The error message in execution "Overview" tab is vulnerable to stored XSS due to improper handling of HTTP response received. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.22.0. |
