CVE-2024-1454 3 Fedoraproject, Opensc Project, Redhat 4 Fedora, Opensc, Enterprise Linux and 1 more 2026-11-06 3.4 Low
The use-after-free vulnerability was found in the AuthentIC driver in OpenSC packages, occuring in the card enrolment process using pkcs15-init when a user or administrator enrols or modifies cards. An attacker must have physical access to the computer system and requires a crafted USB device or smart card to present the system with specially crafted responses to the APDUs, which are considered high complexity and low severity. This manipulation can allow for compromised card management operations during enrolment.
CVE-2024-0232 3 Fedoraproject, Redhat, Sqlite 6 Extra Packages For Enterprise Linux, Fedora, Enterprise Linux and 3 more 2026-11-06 4.7 Medium
A heap use-after-free issue has been identified in SQLite in the jsonParseAddNodeArray() function in sqlite3.c. This flaw allows a local attacker to leverage a victim to pass specially crafted malicious input to the application, potentially causing a crash and leading to a denial of service.
CVE-2024-0217 3 Fedoraproject, Packagekit Project, Redhat 4 Fedora, Packagekit, Enterprise Linux and 1 more 2026-11-06 3.3 Low
A use-after-free flaw was found in PackageKitd. In some conditions, the order of cleanup mechanics for a transaction could be impacted. As a result, some memory access could occur on memory regions that were previously freed. Once freed, a memory region can be reused for other allocations and any previously stored data in this memory region is considered lost.
CVE-2023-6918 3 Fedoraproject, Libssh, Redhat 4 Fedora, Libssh, Enterprise Linux and 1 more 2026-11-06 3.7 Low
A flaw was found in the libssh implements abstract layer for message digest (MD) operations implemented by different supported crypto backends. The return values from these were not properly checked, which could cause low-memory situations failures, NULL dereferences, crashes, or usage of the uninitialized memory as an input for the KDF. In this case, non-matching keys will result in decryption/integrity failures, terminating the connection.
CVE-2023-6679 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Redhat 5 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 2 more 2026-11-06 5.5 Medium

CVE-2026-54231 2 Fedoraproject, Redhat 8 Fedora, Automatic Bug Reporting Tool, Enterprise Linux and 5 more 2026-11-05 5.5 Medium
A content injection vulnerability was found in the ABRT post-create event handler scripts in libreport. The event script queries the systemd journal for log entries matching the crashed process and writes the results to files in the dump directory without sanitizing embedded control characters. A local user can inject arbitrary content into the journal output by embedding newline characters in syslog messages, controlling the content that root writes to dump directory files.
CVE-2024-3056 3 Fedoraproject, Podman Project, Redhat 6 Fedora, Podman, Enterprise Linux and 3 more 2026-11-05 7.7 High
A flaw was found in Podman. This issue may allow an attacker to create a specially crafted container that, when configured to share the same IPC with at least one other container, can create a large number of IPC resources in /dev/shm. The malicious container will continue to exhaust resources until it is out-of-memory (OOM) killed. While the malicious container's cgroup will be removed, the IPC resources it created are not. Those resources are tied to the IPC namespace that will not be removed until all containers using it are stopped, and one non-malicious container is holding the namespace open. The malicious container is restarted, either automatically or by attacker control, repeating the process and increasing the amount of memory consumed. With a container configured to restart always, such as `podman run --restart=always`, this can result in a memory-based denial of service of the system.
CVE-2024-2002 3 Fedoraproject, Libdwarf Project, Redhat 4 Fedora, Libdwarf, Enterprise Linux and 1 more 2026-11-05 7.5 High
A double-free vulnerability was found in libdwarf. In a multiply-corrupted DWARF object, libdwarf may try to dealloc(free) an allocation twice, potentially causing unpredictable and various results.
CVE-2024-1151 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 1 more 6 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 3 more 2026-11-05 5.5 Medium
A vulnerability was reported in the Open vSwitch sub-component in the Linux Kernel. The flaw occurs when a recursive operation of code push recursively calls into the code block. The OVS module does not validate the stack depth, pushing too many frames and causing a stack overflow. As a result, this can lead to a crash or other related issues.
CVE-2024-1062 2 Fedoraproject, Redhat 17 Fedora, 389 Directory Server, Directory Server and 14 more 2026-11-05 5.5 Medium
A heap overflow flaw was found in 389-ds-base. This issue leads to a denial of service when writing a value larger than 256 chars in log_entry_attr.
CVE-2024-1048 3 Fedoraproject, Gnu, Redhat 4 Fedora, Grub2, Enterprise Linux and 1 more 2026-11-05 3.3 Low
A flaw was found in the grub2-set-bootflag utility of grub2. After the fix of CVE-2019-14865, grub2-set-bootflag will create a temporary file with the new grubenv content and rename it to the original grubenv file. If the program is killed before the rename operation, the temporary file will not be removed and may fill the filesystem when invoked multiple times, resulting in a filesystem out of free inodes or blocks.
CVE-2024-0607 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 1 more 5 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 2 more 2026-11-05 6.6 Medium
A flaw was found in the Netfilter subsystem in the Linux kernel. The issue is in the nft_byteorder_eval() function, where the code iterates through a loop and writes to the `dst` array. On each iteration, 8 bytes are written, but `dst` is an array of u32, so each element only has space for 4 bytes. That means every iteration overwrites part of the previous element corrupting this array of u32. This flaw allows a local user to cause a denial of service or potentially break NetFilter functionality.
CVE-2024-0567 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Gnu and 2 more 10 Debian Linux, Fedora, Gnutls and 7 more 2026-11-05 7.5 High
A vulnerability was found in GnuTLS, where a cockpit (which uses gnuTLS) rejects a certificate chain with distributed trust. This issue occurs when validating a certificate chain with cockpit-certificate-ensure. This flaw allows an unauthenticated, remote client or attacker to initiate a denial of service attack.
CVE-2024-0553 3 Fedoraproject, Gnu, Redhat 7 Fedora, Gnutls, Enterprise Linux and 4 more 2026-11-05 7.5 High
A vulnerability was found in GnuTLS. The response times to malformed ciphertexts in RSA-PSK ClientKeyExchange differ from the response times of ciphertexts with correct PKCS#1 v1.5 padding. This issue may allow a remote attacker to perform a timing side-channel attack in the RSA-PSK key exchange, potentially leading to the leakage of sensitive data. CVE-2024-0553 is designated as an incomplete resolution for CVE-2023-5981.
CVE-2024-0443 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Redhat 5 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 2 more 2026-11-05 5.5 Medium
A flaw was found in the blkgs destruction path in block/blk-cgroup.c in the Linux kernel, leading to a cgroup blkio memory leakage problem. When a cgroup is being destroyed, cgroup_rstat_flush() is only called at css_release_work_fn(), which is called when the blkcg reference count reaches 0. This circular dependency will prevent blkcg and some blkgs from being freed after they are made offline. This issue may allow an attacker with a local access to cause system instability, such as an out of memory error.
CVE-2023-6693 3 Fedoraproject, Qemu, Redhat 5 Fedora, Qemu, Advanced Virtualization and 2 more 2026-11-05 4.9 Medium
A stack based buffer overflow was found in the virtio-net device of QEMU. This issue occurs when flushing TX in the virtio_net_flush_tx function if guest features VIRTIO_NET_F_HASH_REPORT, VIRTIO_F_VERSION_1 and VIRTIO_NET_F_MRG_RXBUF are enabled. This could allow a malicious user to overwrite local variables allocated on the stack. Specifically, the `out_sg` variable could be used to read a part of process memory and send it to the wire, causing an information leak.
CVE-2023-6681 3 Fedoraproject, Latchset, Redhat 8 Fedora, Jwcrypto, Ansible Automation Platform and 5 more 2026-11-05 5.3 Medium
A vulnerability was found in JWCrypto. This flaw allows an attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) attack and possible password brute-force and dictionary attacks to be more resource-intensive. This issue can result in a large amount of computational consumption, causing a denial of service attack.
