| CVE-2026-40688 | 1 Fortinet | 1 Fortiweb | 2026-09-24 | 6.7 Medium |
| An out-of-bounds write vulnerability [CWE-787] vulnerability in Fortinet FortiWeb 8.0.0 through 8.0.3, FortiWeb 7.6.0 through 7.6.6, FortiWeb 7.4.0 through 7.4.11 may allow a remote privileged attacker to execute arbitrary code or command via crafted HTTP requests. | ||||
| CVE-2026-38822 | 1 Opennds | 1 Opennds | 2026-09-24 | 7.6 High |
| In openNDS before 11.0.0, the client_params.sh script, invoked by the openNDS daemon to serve the authenticated client status page, is vulnerable to OS command injection through crafted HTTP GET query parameter keys. An authenticated captive portal user can inject arbitrary shell commands by embedding semicolons in a URL query parameter name. | ||||
| CVE-2026-94612 | 1 Goauthentik | 1 Authentik | 2026-09-24 | 7.4 High |
| authentik is an open-source identity provider. Prior to 2026.2.7, 2026.5.7, and 2026.8.2, an authentik SAML Source verifies an assertion's signature and validity period but does not ensure that the identity provider issued the assertion for that Source or in response to a login request from that Source. The SAML Source also does not record already accepted assertions, allowing replay. An unauthenticated actor who possesses such a valid assertion can use an assertion intended for another service provider or reuse an earlier assertion to authenticate as the user named by the assertion. Only SAML Sources are affected; SAML Providers and other Source types are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 2026.2.7, 2026.5.7, and 2026.8.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-94611 | 1 Goauthentik | 1 Authentik | 2026-09-24 | 8.1 High |
| authentik is an open-source identity provider. Prior to 2026.2.7, 2026.5.7, and 2026.8.2, authentik API serializers return stored credentials when an account has view permission on an affected configuration, even when that account is not authorized to change the configuration or read its secrets. Affected configurations include one-time code delivery by mail or SMS, outbound provisioning targets, device trust integrations, identity sources, the Kubernetes outpost integration, applications using a client or shared secret, and applications using a proxy provider. Deployments are affected when view permission is granted to accounts that are not intended to read these credentials; deployments where every viewer is permitted to read them are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 2026.2.7, 2026.5.7, and 2026.8.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-48854 | 1 Elixir-grpc | 1 Grpc | 2026-09-24 | N/A |
| Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in elixir-grpc grpc allows unauthenticated attackers to exhaust the BEAM's memory and crash the server by streaming a large or slow-trickle unary request body. 'Elixir.GRPC.Server.Adapters.Cowboy.Handler':read_full_body/3 (lib/grpc/server/adapters/cowboy/handler.ex) accumulates every received chunk into a single growing binary with no size cap. Additionally, when the client omits the grpc-timeout header, the per-chunk read timeout resolves to :infinity, allowing a slow-trickle client to keep the connection alive indefinitely while memory grows. A single connection is sufficient to exhaust server memory and crash the node. This issue affects grpc: from 0.3.0-alpha.2 before 1.0.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-79306 | 1 Usmannasir | 1 Cyberpanel | 2026-09-24 | 6.5 Medium |
| CyberPanel v1.9.1 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the compress method exposed through the /filemanager/controller endpoint. An authenticated remote attacker with ownership of any configured domain can supply absolute or otherwise out-of-scope file paths in the listOfFiles JSON property, together with attacker-controlled basePath and compressedFileName values, in a method=compress request. Because the application validates only domain ownership and does not canonicalize or restrict these paths to the authorized site directory, the backend appends them to zip or tar archive commands and executes them as the website externalApp user, allowing disclosure of arbitrary readable files through the generated archive. | ||||
| CVE-2026-48853 | 1 Elixir-grpc | 1 Grpc | 2026-09-24 | 9.8 Critical |
| Deserialization of Untrusted Data and Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerabilities in elixir-grpc grpc allow unauthenticated attackers to crash the BEAM node via atom table exhaustion and, when a decoded term flows into a call site that invokes it, achieve remote code execution on the server. 'Elixir.GRPC.Codec.Erlpack':decode/2 (lib/grpc/codec/erlpack.ex) calls :erlang.binary_to_term/1 on the raw gRPC message body without the :safe option, no size bound, and no type guard. Any unauthenticated peer that sends a request with Content-Type: application/grpc+erlpack can send a crafted payload that mints arbitrary new atoms (which are never garbage-collected, exhausting the bounded atom table and crashing the VM) or that encodes a fun term which, if applied anywhere downstream, executes attacker-controlled code inside the server process. This issue affects grpc: from 0.4.0 before 1.0.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-97149 | 1 Openstack | 1 Swift | 2026-09-24 | 6.5 Medium |
| In OpenStack Swift before 2.38.2, the tempurl middleware does not reject the X-Copy-From header on PUT requests. A TempURL signature only covers the method, expiry, and path, and thus the list of disallowed headers is the only defense against a signed PUT request changing what the request does. An attacker holding a PUT TempURL for a single object can add an X-Copy-From header naming any object in the same account; the copy middleware copies that object to the destination, and the attacker then reads the victim's data back with a GET TempURL for the destination object. Copies across account boundaries are rejected. Only deployments using the shipped default proxy pipeline (tempurl and copy middleware) with account-level TempURL keys are affected. | ||||
| CVE-2026-79680 | 1 Qt | 1 Qt | 2026-09-24 | 6.8 Medium |
| Authentication bypass vulnerability in the password authentication mechanism of the Qt VNC Server module. An attacker using a specially modified VNC client that violates the RFB protocol can bypass Qt VNC Server's password authentication and gain unauthorized remote access to the shared application, compromising the confidentiality and integrity of the session. | ||||
| CVE-2026-79616 | 1 Qt | 1 Qt | 2026-09-24 | 4.4 Medium |
| Out-of-bounds read while parsing untrusted SVG path strings in Qt Quick's Context2D.path / PathSvg.path. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92786 | 1 Lightgbm-org | 1 Lightgbm | 2026-09-24 | 7.8 High |
| LightGBM through 4.7.0 fails to validate child and split array values when parsing text models, allowing attackers to write out-of-bounds memory during SHAP prediction. Attackers can craft malicious model files with invalid node references that trigger out-of-bounds writes at attacker-chosen offsets in the leaf_depth_ buffer during feature contribution computation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-48599 | 1 Elixir-grpc | 1 Grpc | 2026-09-24 | N/A |
| Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key vulnerability in elixir-grpc grpc allows authenticated attackers to access or modify resources belonging to other users by smuggling a conflicting value for any path-bound field via the query string or request body. In 'Elixir.GRPC.Server.Transcode':map_request/5 (lib/grpc/server/transcode.ex), all three clauses use Map.merge/2 with path bindings as the first argument, giving them the lowest merge precedence. A request such as GET /users/me/profile?user_id=victim (or a POST with {"user_id": "victim"} when body: "*") yields a decoded protobuf struct where the path-bound field carries the attacker-supplied value rather than the router-extracted value. Any handler that uses the path-bound field for authorization, multi-tenancy scoping, or ownership checks is silently bypassed. This issue affects grpc: from 0.8.0 before 1.0.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-48598 | 1 Elixir-tesla | 1 Tesla | 2026-09-24 | 3.7 Low |
| Improper Encoding or Escaping of Output vulnerability in elixir-tesla tesla allows multipart part header injection via unescaped Content-Disposition parameter values. Tesla.Multipart.part_headers_for_disposition/1 interpolates each disposition parameter as #{k}="#{v}" with no validation of CR (\r), LF (\n), or double-quote characters. The values come verbatim from the caller via Tesla.Multipart.add_field/4 (the name parameter), Tesla.Multipart.add_file/3, and Tesla.Multipart.add_file_content/4 (both the filename parameter and other disposition opts). A " in the value closes the quoted parameter early; a \r\n ends the Content-Disposition header line and starts a new part header (such as a forged Content-Type), or, after a second \r\n, ends the entire part header block and prepends bytes to the part body. The default-filename path in add_file/3 derives the filename via Path.basename/1, which does not strip CR or LF, so any application forwarding a partially-attacker-controlled file path inherits the same issue. This issue affects tesla: from 0.8.0 before 1.18.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-35869 | 2026-09-24 | 9.8 Critical | ||
| A Command Injection vulnerability exists in the bs_SetLimitCli_info function within the libshare.so library of LB-link Router AC450M V4.0.0. This flaw occurs due to insufficient validation and sanitization of user-supplied input before it is passed to a system-level command execution context. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by injecting specially crafted shell metacharacters or payloads into the vulnerable parameter, resulting in the execution of arbitrary operating system commands. | ||||
| CVE-2026-48597 | 1 Elixir-tesla | 1 Tesla | 2026-09-24 | 5.9 Medium |
| Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in elixir-tesla tesla allows denial of service via atom table exhaustion in Tesla.Adapter.Mint. Tesla.Adapter.Mint.open_conn/2 converts the URL scheme of every outgoing request to a BEAM atom via String.to_atom(uri.scheme) with no allow-list validation. BEAM atoms are never garbage-collected and the atom table is bounded (approximately 1,048,576 entries by default). An attacker who can influence the URL of a Tesla request — either via an application-level URL-forwarding feature (webhook, proxy, importer) or via a Location header returned by a server when Tesla.Middleware.FollowRedirects is in the pipeline — can mint one fresh permanent atom per request by varying the scheme string. After enough requests the atom table fills and the VM crashes, taking down the entire application. This issue affects tesla: from 1.3.0 before 1.18.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-75649 | 3 Adobe, Apple, Microsoft | 3 Bridge, Macos, Windows | 2026-09-24 | 7.8 High |
| Bridge is affected by a Heap-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. | ||||
| CVE-2026-48596 | 1 Elixir-tesla | 1 Tesla | 2026-09-24 | 3.7 Low |
| Improper Neutralization of CRLF Sequences in HTTP Headers ('HTTP Request/Response Splitting') vulnerability in elixir-tesla tesla allows HTTP header injection via Tesla.Multipart.add_content_type_param/2. Tesla.Multipart.add_content_type_param/2 appends caller-supplied strings to the multipart content_type_params list without validating for CR (\r) or LF (\n) characters. Tesla.Multipart.headers/1 then joins these params verbatim with "; " to construct the outgoing Content-Type header value. A param containing \r\n splits the header line, allowing arbitrary headers to be injected into the outbound HTTP request. Any application that forwards untrusted input (such as a user-supplied charset or parameter string) into add_content_type_param/2 is affected. This issue affects tesla: from 0.8.0 before 1.18.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-48595 | 1 Elixir-tesla | 1 Tesla | 2026-09-24 | 5.9 Medium |
| Improper Handling of Case Sensitivity vulnerability in elixir-tesla tesla allows credential leakage to a third-party origin on cross-origin redirects. Tesla.Middleware.FollowRedirects strips security-sensitive headers on cross-origin redirects using a case-sensitive string comparison against a lowercase filter list (@filter_headers ["authorization", "host"]). HTTP header names are case-insensitive per RFC 7230, but Tesla preserves header keys verbatim as supplied by the caller without normalizing case. A header set as {"Authorization", "Bearer …"} (the RFC 7235 canonical casing used by virtually all HTTP libraries and documentation) does not match the lowercase filter entry and is forwarded to the redirect destination. An attacker who can control or influence a Location: response seen by the client (via their own endpoint, a redirect-open upstream, or a compromised origin) receives the bearer token or other Authorization material on the cross-origin request. This issue affects tesla: from 1.4.0 before 1.18.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-48594 | 1 Elixir-tesla | 1 Tesla | 2026-09-24 | 7.5 High |
| Improper Handling of Highly Compressed Data (Data Amplification) vulnerability in elixir-tesla tesla allows a denial of service via decompression bomb in HTTP response bodies. When Tesla.Middleware.DecompressResponse or Tesla.Middleware.Compression is included in a Tesla middleware pipeline, HTTP response bodies are decompressed eagerly with no size limit. The decompress_body/2 function in lib/tesla/middleware/compression.ex passes the entire response body to :zlib.gunzip/1 or :zlib.unzip/1 without any cap on the output size. Additionally, compression_algorithms/1 splits the content-encoding header on commas and decompress_body/2 recurses once per token, applying a decompression pass on each iteration. A server advertising content-encoding: gzip, gzip, gzip, gzip causes four recursive decompression passes, yielding exponential amplification: each gzip layer can expand its input roughly 1000x, so a payload of a few hundred bytes on the wire inflates to gigabytes of BEAM heap, exhausting memory and crashing or freezing the calling process. This issue affects tesla: from 0.6.0 before 1.18.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-47078 | 1 Erlang | 2 Erlang/otp, Erlang\/otp | 2026-09-24 | 4.4 Medium |
| Relative Path Traversal vulnerability in Erlang OTP (stdlib zip module) allows writing files outside the intended extraction directory via a crafted zip archive. zip:unzip/1,2 and zip:extract/1,2 validate entry paths using zip:check_dir_level/2, which tracks directory depth as a running integer counter: .. decrements it, normal path components increment it. The caller rejects only paths where the final counter value is less than zero. A path such as ../x/y causes the counter to go negative mid-traversal then recover to zero, passing validation while resolving to a location outside the extraction directory when joined with the current working directory via add_cwd. This vulnerability is associated with program file lib/stdlib/src/zip.erl. This issue affects OTP from OTP 27.1 before OTP 27.3.4.15, OTP 28.5.0.4, and OTP 29.0.4, corresponding to stdlib from 6.1 before 6.2.2.4, 7.3.0.1, and 8.0.3. | ||||
