| CVE-2026-92700 | 1 Caddyserver | 1 Caddy | 2026-09-23 | N/A |
| Caddy is an extensible server platform that uses TLS by default. In version 2.11.3 and earlier, in modules/caddyhttp/fileserver/staticfiles.go, fileHidden() uses case-sensitive filepath.Match checks, so case variants can bypass hide rules on case-insensitive filesystems or when mixed-case paths coexist and expose files intended to be hidden. | ||||

| CVE-2026-82010 | 3 Adobe, Linux, Microsoft | 4 Campaign, Campaign Classic, Linux Kernel and 1 more | 2026-09-23 | 9.9 Critical |
| Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) is affected by an Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an SQL Command ('SQL Injection') vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. A low-privileged attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code. Exploitation of this issue does not require user interaction. Scope is changed. | ||||
| CVE-2026-88013 | 1 Rclone | 1 Rclone | 2026-09-23 | 3.7 Low |
| rclone is a command-line program to sync files and directories to and from different cloud storage providers. From 1.49.0 until 1.75.1, the HTTP backend attaches headers configured through --http-headers or headers= to requests in backend/http/http.go, while its fshttp.NewClient client follows redirects without a backend-specific http.Client.CheckRedirect policy. A configured remote that redirects to another host can therefore cause custom secrets such as X-Api-Key to be resent to that untrusted destination, and a same-host HTTPS-to-HTTP redirect can expose Authorization or Cookie headers in cleartext. Listing, stat, download, mount, and serve operations can trigger the leak during normal use. This issue is fixed in version 1.75.1. | ||||

| CVE-2026-21112 | 2 Samsung, Samsung Mobile | 2 Android, Samsung Tips | 2026-09-23 | 5.5 Medium |
| Improper input validation in Samsung Tips prior to Android 17 allows local attackers to launch arbitrary activity with Samsung Tips privilege. User interaction is required for triggering this vulnerability. | ||||

| CVE-2026-77860 | 1 Nlnetlabs | 1 Unbound | 2026-09-23 | 3.7 Low |
| In NLnetLabs Unbound 1.20.0 up to and including 1.26.0, a vulnerability on the 'serve-expired' code path can cause a double decrement on the 'wait-limit' counter per client IP essentially bypassing one of the counter measures that was introduced for DNSBomb (CVE-2024-33655). A malicious actor can exploit this by controlling an authoritative zone with short TTL, so cached entries expire quickly. Each 'slow' query, one the attacker's authoritative never answers, is followed by one query for an expired cached name, which is answered immediately via the 'serve-expired' path and decrements the counter twice. This second query was named 'pump'. By alternating slow queries and pumps, the attacker keeps the per-client counter at or below the configured 'wait-limit' indefinitely, and can hold an arbitrary number of pending queries from a single source IP, up to the global mesh quota (num-queries-per-thread); eventually bypassing one of the counter measures introduced for DNSBomb (CVE-2024-33655). This vulnerability is present on the 'serve-expired' code path. | ||||
| CVE-2026-66080 | 2026-09-23 | N/A | ||
| RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. Prior to versions 4.1.11, 4.2.6, and 4.3.0, validate_partitions only checks that the requested partition count is at least 1, with no upper bound. A large count such as lists:seq(0, 500000000) allocates roughly 8GB. Preconditions include The rabbitmq_stream_management plugin must be enabled. The caller needs the management tag and access to the target vhost.. This issue is fixed in versions 4.1.11, 4.2.6, and 4.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-21107 | 2 Samsung, Samsung Mobile | 2 Notes, Samsung Notes | 2026-09-23 | 5.5 Medium |
| Out-of-bounds write in Samsung Notes prior to version 4.4.45.5 allows local attackers to write out-of-bounds memory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-77955 | 1 Nlnetlabs | 1 Unbound | 2026-09-23 | 4.4 Medium |
| In NLnet Labs Unbound 1.13.2 up to and including 1.26.1, a vulnerability in ZONEMD configured zones (zonemd-check: yes) which are located below (but not at) a trust anchor allow for an attack window where (tampered with) zone contents are served (or stored to disk) prior to the ZONEMD integrity check. This is caused by the needed DS/DNSKEY asynchronous resolution that needs to happen before the ZONEMD check completes. If a zonefile is written to disk (zonefile: option) while the ZONEMD check failed, the tampered data are reloaded on startup and available until ZONEMD verification concludes again. If verification fails, the data is not served any more but still persists on disk for future reloads. | ||||
| CVE-2026-67240 | 2026-09-23 | N/A | ||
| RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. Prior to versions 4.2.7 and 4.3.1, pattern_to_regex maps % -> .*? and _ -> ., then compiles ^...$ with only [unicode]; re:run is called with only [{capture, none}] - no explicit match_limit. A pattern like %_%_..._%X becomes ^.*?..*?.....*?.X$ with overlapping lazy quantifiers. The whole-expression cap is ?MAX_EXPRESSION_LENGTH=4096 chars / ?MAX_TOKENS=200; a LIKE string literal is one token, so ~2000 %_ pairs fit. SQL filters are accepted unconditionally at rabbit_amqp_session.erl:3264 (no feature flag). Evaluated per-message at rabbit_stream_queue.erl:1439. OTP's default 10M match_limit caps each match at ~100-200 ms (not seconds), and the re NIF yields to the scheduler. An authenticated AMQP 1.0 consumer with read+write on a stream queue can cause ~100-200 ms of CPU per delivered message via a crafted LIKE filter, multiplied across thousands of messages and parallel sessions - a substantial backtracking-driven CPU amplification. Preconditions include AMQP 1.0 with stream queues in use Attacker can attach a receiver with a filter (read permission) and publish messages with long property values (write permission). This issue is fixed in versions 4.2.7 and 4.3.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-21105 | 2 Samsung, Samsung Mobile | 3 Android, Collection, Collection | 2026-09-23 | 5.5 Medium |
| Improper access control in Collection prior to version 1.0.1.14 in Android 15 and 2.0.02.7 in Android 16 allows local attackers to access sensitive information. | ||||
