CVE-2025-68204 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pmdomain: arm: scmi: Fix genpd leak on provider registration failure If of_genpd_add_provider_onecell() fails during probe, the previously created generic power domains are not removed, leading to a memory leak and potential kernel crash later in genpd_debug_add(). Add proper error handling to unwind the initialized domains before returning from probe to ensure all resources are correctly released on failure. The blk_queue_enter() from blkg_conf_prep() is used to protect against policy deactivation, which is already protected with blkcg_mutex, hence convert blk_queue_enter() to blkcg_mutex to fix this problem. Meanwhile, consider that blkcg_mutex is held after queue is freezed from policy deactivation, also convert blkg_alloc() to use GFP_NOIO.

CVE-2025-68330 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iio: accel: bmc150: Fix irq assumption regression The code in bmc150-accel-core.c unconditionally calls bmc150_accel_set_interrupt() in the iio_buffer_setup_ops, such as on the runtime PM resume path giving a kernel splat like this if the device has no interrupts: Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address 00000001 when read PC is at bmc150_accel_set_interrupt+0x98/0x194 LR is at __pm_runtime_resume+0x5c/0x64 (...) Store the IRQ number in the state struct, as this is a common pattern in other drivers, then use this to determine if we have IRQ support or not.
CVE-2022-50722 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: ipu3-imgu: Fix NULL pointer dereference in active selection access What the IMGU driver did was that it first acquired the pointers to active and try V4L2 subdev state, and only then figured out which one to use. The problem with that approach and a later patch (see Fixes: tag) is that as sd_state argument to v4l2_subdev_get_try_crop() et al is NULL, there is now an attempt to dereference that. Fix this. Also rewrap lines a little.
CVE-2023-54027 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iio: core: Prevent invalid memory access when there is no parent Commit 813665564b3d ("iio: core: Convert to use firmware node handle instead of OF node") switched the kind of nodes to use for label retrieval in device registration. Probably an unwanted change in that commit was that if the device has no parent then NULL pointer is accessed. This is what happens in the stock IIO dummy driver when a new entry is created in configfs: # mkdir /sys/kernel/config/iio/devices/dummy/foo BUG: kernel NULL pointer dereference, address: ... ... Call Trace: __iio_device_register iio_dummy_probe Since there seems to be no reason to make a parent device of an IIO dummy device mandatory, let’s prevent the invalid memory access in __iio_device_register when the parent device is NULL. With this change, the IIO dummy driver works fine with configfs.
CVE-2022-50624 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: netsec: fix error handling in netsec_register_mdio() If phy_device_register() fails, phy_device_free() need be called to put refcount, so memory of phy device and device name can be freed in callback function. If get_phy_device() fails, mdiobus_unregister() need be called, or it will cause warning in mdiobus_free() and kobject is leaked.
CVE-2025-40035 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Input: uinput - zero-initialize uinput_ff_upload_compat to avoid info leak Struct ff_effect_compat is embedded twice inside uinput_ff_upload_compat, contains internal padding. In particular, there is a hole after struct ff_replay to satisfy alignment requirements for the following union member. Without clearing the structure, copy_to_user() may leak stack data to userspace. Initialize ff_up_compat to zero before filling valid fields.

CVE-2025-39996 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: b2c2: Fix use-after-free causing by irq_check_work in flexcop_pci_remove The original code uses cancel_delayed_work() in flexcop_pci_remove(), which does not guarantee that the delayed work item irq_check_work has fully completed if it was already running. This leads to use-after-free scenarios where flexcop_pci_remove() may free the flexcop_device while irq_check_work is still active and attempts to dereference the device. CVE-2025-71198 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iio: imu: st_lsm6dsx: fix iio_chan_spec for sensors without event detection The st_lsm6dsx_acc_channels array of struct iio_chan_spec has a non-NULL event_spec field, indicating support for IIO events. However, event detection is not supported for all sensors, and if userspace tries to configure accelerometer wakeup events on a sensor device that does not support them (e.g. LSM6DS0), st_lsm6dsx_write_event() dereferences a NULL pointer when trying to write to the wakeup register. Define an additional struct iio_chan_spec array whose members have a NULL event_spec field, and use this array instead of st_lsm6dsx_acc_channels for sensors without event detection capability.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mptcp: use proper req destructor for IPv6 Before, only the destructor from TCP request sock in IPv4 was called even if the subflow was IPv6. It is important to use the right destructor to avoid memory leaks with some advanced IPv6 features, e.g. when the request socks contain specific IPv6 options.

CVE-2022-50778 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fortify: Fix __compiletime_strlen() under UBSAN_BOUNDS_LOCAL With CONFIG_FORTIFY=y and CONFIG_UBSAN_LOCAL_BOUNDS=y enabled, we observe a runtime panic while running Android's Compatibility Test Suite's (CTS) android.hardware.input.cts.tests. This is stemming from a strlen() call in hidinput_allocate(). __compiletime_strlen() is implemented in terms of __builtin_object_size(), then does an array access to check for NUL-termination. A quirk of __builtin_object_size() is that for strings whose values are runtime dependent, __builtin_object_size(str, 1 or 0) returns the maximum size of possible values when those sizes are determinable at compile time. Example: static const char *v = "FOO BAR"; static const char *y = "FOO BA"; unsigned long x (int z) { // Returns 8, which is: // max(__builtin_object_size(v, 1), __builtin_object_size(y, 1)) return __builtin_object_size(z ? v : y, 1); } So when FORTIFY_SOURCE is enabled, the current implementation of __compiletime_strlen() will try to access beyond the end of y at runtime using the size of v. Mixed with UBSAN_LOCAL_BOUNDS we get a fault. hidinput_allocate() has a local C string whose value is control flow dependent on a switch statement, so __builtin_object_size(str, 1) evaluates to the maximum string length, making all other cases fault on the last character check. hidinput_allocate() could be cleaned up to avoid runtime calls to strlen() since the local variable can only have literal values, so there's no benefit to trying to fortify the strlen call site there. Perform a __builtin_constant_p() check against index 0 earlier in the macro to filter out the control-flow-dependant case. Add a KUnit test for checking the expected behavioral characteristics of FORTIFY_SOURCE internals.
