| CVE-2026-52744 | 1 Gocd | 1 Gocd | 2026-09-23 | N/A |
| GoCD is a continuous deliver server. From 20.2.0 until 26.1.0, the internal GoCD UI fetch-artifact auto-suggestion API at /go/api/internal/pipelines/**/upstream does not adequately authorize access to upstream dependency data. An authenticated user can retrieve inter-pipeline dependency hierarchy details and user-defined pipeline, stage, job, and artifact plugin reference names that the user cannot otherwise view in the UI. The endpoint is read-only and does not permit modification of pipeline data. This issue is fixed in version 26.1.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-79306 | 1 Usmannasir | 1 Cyberpanel | 2026-09-23 | 6.5 Medium |
| CyberPanel v1.9.1 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the compress method exposed through the /filemanager/controller endpoint. An authenticated remote attacker with ownership of any configured domain can supply absolute or otherwise out-of-scope file paths in the listOfFiles JSON property, together with attacker-controlled basePath and compressedFileName values, in a method=compress request. Because the application validates only domain ownership and does not canonicalize or restrict these paths to the authorized site directory, the backend appends them to zip or tar archive commands and executes them as the website externalApp user, allowing disclosure of arbitrary readable files through the generated archive. | ||||
| CVE-2026-63131 | 1 Openbao | 1 Openbao | 2026-09-23 | N/A |
| OpenBao is an open source identity-based secrets management system. Prior to 2.6.0, OpenBao's vault/policy/acl.go could evaluate a broader wildcard ACL grant before more-specific trailing-wildcard ACL paths with capabilities = ["deny"] for a LIST operation. When a parent path permitted LIST and a child path was denied, the trailing-slash lookup could therefore allow listing the denied path. Other operation types are outside the repository advisory's affected scope. This issue is fixed in version 2.6.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-63132 | 1 Openbao | 1 Openbao | 2026-09-23 | N/A |
| OpenBao is an open source identity-based secrets management system. Prior to 2.6.0, OpenBao's handleLogicalRecovery path in http/logical.go compared the highly privileged recovery token with ordinary string equality. A remote unauthenticated attacker able to make repeated recovery mode requests and measure response timing could infer the recovery token. The recovered token could then authorize recovery mode operations that read or modify OpenBao data. This issue is fixed in version 2.6.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-66070 | 2026-09-23 | N/A | ||
| RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. Prior to versions 3.13.17, 4.0.22, 4.1.13, and 4.2.6, match_origin/1 returned the bare reflected Origin and allowed credentials even when the wildcard "" was configured, so the response echoed the attacker's origin together with Access-Control-Allow-Credentials. The affected code is rabbit_mgmt_cors.erl. When the management plugin is configured with a wildcard CORS origin (cors_allow_origins = ""), the handler reflects the request Origin back in Access-Control-Allow-Origin and also sends Access-Control-Allow-Credentials: true. A malicious web page that a signed-in administrator visits can then use that administrator's cached HTTP Basic credentials to issue authenticated, state-changing requests to the management API. Preconditions include The management plugin is configured with the wildcard cors_allow_origins = "*", which is an explicit operator misconfiguration A target administrator has a cached HTTP Basic-auth session in the browser. This issue is fixed in versions 3.13.17, 4.0.22, 4.1.13, and 4.2.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-67238 | 2026-09-23 | N/A | ||
| RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. Prior to versions 4.2.7 and 4.3.1, rabbit_pid_codec:decompose_from_binary/1 parses a caller-supplied ETF-encoded binary and calls binary_to_atom(Node, utf8) on the node-name field. It is reached from rabbit_volatile_queue:pid_from_name/2, which is invoked for any queue name / routing key beginning amq.rabbitmq.reply-to.. The CandidateNodes membership check happens after the atom is created, and the surrounding try/catch cannot reclaim atoms (they are never GC'd). binary_to_existing_atom is not used. Any authenticated AMQP client can crash the entire Erlang VM (all vhosts, all connections) with ~1M cheap requests. Preconditions include Authenticated AMQP 0-9-1 connection to any vhost No per-connection rate limit low enough to make ~1M operations infeasible. This issue is fixed in versions 4.2.7 and 4.3.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-66076 | 2026-09-23 | N/A | ||
| RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. Prior to versions 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, 4.2.6, and 4.3.0, is_authorized/2 calls rabbit_mgmt_util:is_authorized/2, which checks only the management tag, instead of is_authorized_vhost/2. The /api/queues/quorum/:vhost/:queue/status handler reads the vhost from the path without checking that the user can access it. Any management-tagged user can therefore read Raft status, including leader, members, term, and commit index, for quorum queues in inaccessible vhosts, exposing cross-tenant queue names and cluster topology. The management plugin must be enabled and the attacker must have a management tag. This issue is fixed in versions 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, 4.2.6, and 4.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-80225 | 1 Nlnetlabs | 1 Unbound | 2026-09-23 | 5.3 Medium |
| In NLnetLabs Unbound up to and including 1.26.0, a degradation of service vulnerability is present in the TCP/DoT reading procedure where there is no limit on consecutive reads. A malicious actor that can stream and sustain a rate of distinct uncached names over the TCP/DoT connection, monopolizes a single worker's entire event loop for as long as its writes stay ahead of the drain. | ||||
| CVE-2026-81349 | 1 Microsoft | 2 Azure Hdinsight, Azure Hdinsights | 2026-09-23 | 7.2 High |
| Improper neutralization of special elements used in an os command ('os command injection') in Azure HDInsights allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network. | ||||
| CVE-2026-68492 | 2026-09-23 | N/A | ||
| An untrusted search path vulnerability in Plesk from 18.0.34 before 18.0.80.8 and 18.0.81 before 18.0.81.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code as root via the "Plesk RESTful API" extension from 2.4.2 before 2.4.7. | ||||
| CVE-2026-68490 | 2026-09-23 | N/A | ||

| CVE-2026-81355 | 1 Microsoft | 26 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 23 more | 2026-09-23 | 7.5 High |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Virtual Hard Disk (VHD) Miniport Driver allows an authorized attacker to execute code locally. | ||||
| CVE-2026-81380 | 1 Microsoft | 1 Visual Studio Code | 2026-09-23 | 5.3 Medium |
| Improper neutralization of special elements used in a command ('command injection') in GitHub Copilot and Visual Studio Code allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information over a network. | ||||
| CVE-2026-81634 | 1 Nlnetlabs | 1 Unbound | 2026-09-23 | 7.5 High |
| In NLnet Labs Unbound up to and including 1.26.0, a 255 length query name with a large TCP response can lead to a heap buffer overflow during the RRSet canonicalisation routine. This is caused by missing to add the first owner name into the buffer length check. A malicious actor operating a malicious name server or tampering with an incoming response to Unbound (canonicalisation happens before DNSSEC validation), can trigger the vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2026-82717 | 1 Nlnetlabs | 1 Unbound | 2026-09-23 | 9.8 Critical |
| In NLnet Labs Unbound up to and including 1.26.0, a vulnerability was found in that can progressively corrupt heap memory and under certain systems and compilation options could lead to remote code execution. The vulnerability starts when CNAME synthesis during an upstream response needs to enforce(rewrite) a max TTL value in the packet buffer. Coupled with a compression pointer that points to the overwritten value and invalidates the domain name, it leads to an error path that does not properly move the buffer position and allows for the heap buffer overflow. Since this is heavily reliant on heap memory layout, results are memory corruption that eventually leads to a crash and under specific systems and compilation options remote code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-82720 | 1 Nlnetlabs | 1 Unbound | 2026-09-23 | 5.9 Medium |
| NLnet Labs Unbound 1.12.0 up to and including 1.26.0 has a use-after-free vulnerability when compiled for DNS-over-HTTPs support with '--with-libnghttp2'. During failure code paths (i.e., RPZ drop query, jostle due to heavy traffic), a dropped DoH stream brings down the whole DoH session and does not account properly for other DoH streams in the same session. This leads to use-after-free in those code paths. If the prerequisites are satisfied (possible RPZ drop or heavy client traffic), a malicious actor can trigger the vulnerability with a single DoH connection and the appropriate traffic. Impact is limited as the reads are not user controlled and the use-after-free leads to early returns. However, a hardened allocator can catch the use-after-free and controllably terminate the process resulting to denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76086 | 1 Verbb | 1 Formie | 2026-09-23 | 8.5 High |
| Formie is a Craft CMS plugin for creating forms. Prior to 2.2.23 and 3.1.31, Formie's formie/integrations/form-settings control panel action in IntegrationsController::actionFormSettings is reachable without the required form integration permissions and passes request-supplied settings to a configured integration. An authenticated attacker can replace outbound host properties such as apiUrl while the server uses stored API keys or OAuth tokens, causing non-blind server-side requests to an attacker-controlled or internal host and returning the remote response. This residual flaw remained because the permission gate added in version 3.1.28 excluded the form-settings action. Sites that permit low-privileged or front-end user authentication can therefore expose integration credentials and internal network responses. This issue is fixed in versions 2.2.23 and 3.1.31. | ||||
