CVE-2026-94108 2 Getid3, James-heinrich 2 Getid3, Getid3 2026-09-21 6.5 Medium
getID3 through 1.9.26 contains an XML external entity injection vulnerability in the XML2array helper function that fails to properly disable entity loading on PHP before 8.0. Attackers can craft malicious XML metadata in media files to disclose local files, perform server-side request forgery, or cause denial of service through entity expansion.
CVE-2026-93435 1 Noderedis 1 Redis-parser 2026-09-21 7.5 High
redis-parser through 3.0.0 contains a denial of service vulnerability in the RESP protocol parser that allows malicious Redis endpoints to crash the client process through unbounded recursion on nested arrays. Attackers can send crafted RESP byte streams with repeated array headers that exhaust the V8 call stack, causing an uncaught RangeError that terminates the Node.js process without triggering error handling callbacks.
CVE-2026-91863 1 Apache 1 Neethi 2026-09-21 7.5 High
A specially crafted WS-Policy document with deeply nested policy elements can bypass Neethi's nesting-depth limit and exhaust the thread stack, crashing the parser (denial of service). Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.2.4, which fixes this issue.
CVE-2026-90211 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf, s390: Clear fetch destination on faulting arena atomic Same missing register clear as on riscv64. A RMW atomic on an arena pointer is converted to BPF_PROBE_ATOMIC and gets an exception table entry, but bpf_jit_probe_atomic_pre() only fills in the arena base and the probe offset, leaving probe->reg at the -1 that bpf_jit_probe_init() set, which bpf_jit_probe_post() writes into the entry and ex_handler_bpf() then reads back as "there is nothing to clear". That is right for a plain BPF_{ADD,AND,OR,XOR}, which only writes memory, but an RMW carrying BPF_FETCH also reads the old value into a register: src_reg for BPF_{ADD,AND,OR,XOR} | BPF_FETCH and BPF_XCHG, and r0 for BPF_CMPXCHG. So on a fault over an unmapped arena page the program resumes at the landing pad with whatever that register held before the atomic instead of the 0 that every other BPF_PROBE_* access delivers. Fill probe->reg in from bpf_atomic_load_reg(). Unlike x86-64 and arm64, s390x does not report arena violations from its exception handler, so there is no access direction to correct here, only the missing register clear.
CVE-2026-72131 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nvme-apple: Prevent shared tags across queues on Apple A11 On Apple A11, tags of pending commands must be unique across the admin and IO queues, else the firmware crashes with "duplicate tag error for tag N", with N being the tag. Apply the existing workaround for M1 of reserving two tags for the admin queue to A11.
CVE-2026-90042 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 9.8 Critical
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ceph: properly decrypt filenames in vmalloc() buffers The fscrypt subsystem uses the scatterlist crypto API, inheriting its requirement that any buffers are in the linear mapping region. However, the messenger client uses kvmalloc() to create buffers for messages, which will occasionally place those buffers in the vmalloc() region when physical memory fragmentation doesn't permit a large enough kmalloc(). The various callers of ceph_fname_to_usr() directly pass (slices of) raw messages from the MDS without considering that the messages may be in vmalloc() buffers, resulting in oopses especially on non-x86 platforms (see 'Closes:' for more details and a reproducer). Make ceph_fname_to_usr() explicitly tolerant of vmalloc()-allocated fname->ctext, fname->name, and/or oname->name buffers, using `tname` (which, when non-null, must be a linear address; when null, is briefly allocated as necessary) as a bounce buffer to avoid passing any inappropriate addresses to fscrypt_fname_disk_to_usr(). Additionally change parse_reply_info_readdir() -- the only function to supply its own `tname` -- to follow the new "tname must never come from vmalloc()" rule by passing NULL when the message is not in the linear region. Though this causes a per-dentry kmalloc()+kfree(), this overhead exists only when processing the minority of messages that spill into vmalloc(). My (crude) testing puts this at only about 1 in 8,000 readdir messages. Still, if the overhead proves unreasonable in the future, it is easy enough to mitigate: a future change could allocate a bounce buffer in parse_reply_info_readdir() and use that as `tname` instead.
CVE-2026-89827 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu: avoid force-completing uninitialized UVD rings uvd_v7_0_sw_init() does not initialize the UVD decode ring for an SR-IOV VF. However, amdgpu_uvd_resume() unconditionally force-completes the decode ring when restoring its fence sequence. Skip fence completion when the fence driver is not initialized.
CVE-2026-89815 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/ttm: Drop tt->restore after successful restore ttm_pool_restore_and_alloc() can successfully complete the restore process via ttm_pool_restore_commit(), but tt->restore is not dropped afterward. As a result, subsequent backup/restore flows observe what appears to be a completed restore, while in reality shmem handles are still installed in tt->pages, leading to the stack trace below. Fix this by freeing and dropping tt->restore in ttm_pool_restore_and_alloc() upon successful completion of the restore. 20545 [  309.784531] RIP: 0010:sg_alloc_append_table_from_pages+0x38c/0x490 20547 [  309.809570] RSP: 0018:ffffc9000623b838 EFLAGS: 00010206 20548 [  309.814827] RAX: 0000000000001000 RBX: ffff88816e42a160 RCX: 0000000000000000 20549 [  309.821986] RDX: 0000000000002000 RSI: 0000000000000003 RDI: 0000000000001000 20550 [  309.829147] RBP: ffff88816e42a168 R08: 0000000000000002 R09: 000000007ffff000 20551 [  309.836310] R10: ffffc9000623b928 R11: 0000000000000000 R12: 000000007ffff000 20552 [  309.843471] R13: ffff88815ba5a100 R14: 0000000000000000 R15: 0000000000000001 20553 [  309.850634] FS:  00007f9ff305e700(0000) GS:ffff888276c94000(0000) knlGS:0000000000000000 20554 [  309.858749] CS:  0010 DS: 0000 ES: 0000 CR0: 0000000080050033 20555 [  309.864519] CR2: 00007f9fca701000 CR3: 00000001565e2005 CR4: 0000000008f70ef0 20556 [  309.871678] PKRU: 55555558 20557 [  309.874403] Call Trace: 20558 [  309.876866]  <TASK> 20559 [  309.878988]  sg_alloc_table_from_pages_segment+0x60/0x100 20560 [  309.884415]  ? ttm_resource_manager_usage+0x36/0x60 [ttm] 20561 [  309.889845]  ? xe_tt_map_sg+0x7d/0xd0 [xe] 20562 [  309.894045]  xe_tt_map_sg+0x7d/0xd0 [xe] 20563 [  309.898037]  xe_bo_move+0x927/0xaa0 [xe] 20564 [  309.902029]  ttm_bo_handle_move_mem+0xba/0x170 [ttm] 20565 [  309.907022]  ttm_bo_validate+0xbe/0x190 [ttm] 20566 [  309.911405]  xe_bo_validate+0x9a/0x120 [xe] 20567 [  309.915663]  xe_gpuvm_validate+0xd9/0x140 [xe] 20568 [  309.920206]  drm_gpuvm_validate+0x2f0/0x5b0 [drm_gpuvm] 20569 [  309.925459]  ? drm_exec_lock_obj+0x63/0x210 [drm_exec] 20570 [  309.930627]  xe_vm_validate_rebind+0x46/0xb0 [xe] 20571 [  309.935428]  xe_exec_fn+0x20/0x40 [xe] 20572 [  309.939249]  drm_gpuvm_exec_lock+0x78/0xc0 [drm_gpuvm] 20573 [  309.944410]  xe_validation_exec_lock+0x5a/0xa0 [xe] 20574 [  309.949385]  xe_exec_ioctl+0x806/0xc30 [xe] 20575 [  309.953639]  ? ttwu_queue_wakelist+0xd9/0xf0 20576 [  309.957935]  ? __pfx_xe_exec_fn+0x10/0x10 [xe] 20577 [  309.962449]  ? __wake_up_common+0x73/0xa0 20578 [  309.966482]  ? __pfx_xe_exec_ioctl+0x10/0x10 [xe] 20579 [  309.971263]  drm_ioctl_kernel+0xa3/0x100 20580 [  309.975209]  drm_ioctl+0x213/0x440 20581 [  309.978637]  ? __pfx_xe_exec_ioctl+0x10/0x10 [xe] 20582 [  309.983415]  xe_drm_ioctl+0x67/0xd0 [xe] 20583 [  309.987408]  __x64_sys_ioctl+0x7f/0xd0
CVE-2026-89796 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/damon/core: avoid infinite kdamond_merge_regions() internal loop Patch series "mm/damon: unurgent fixes for infinite loop, NULL de-ref and races", v1.1. Sashiko found a few issues in DAMON that could cause infinite loop, NULL dereference and monitoring results degradation. The first two sounds scary but the infinite loop happens only under unreasonable user setup. The NULL dereference is only in a unit test. Monitoring results degradation is trivial since it is only best-effort, and those happens from only unlikely races. Still those are bugs that better to fix if possible. Fix those. This patch (of 6): Due to online parameter update like events, the number of DAMON regions could be higher than the user-set upper limit. kdamond_merge_regions() repeats merge regions until the number meets the limit, while doubling the merge threshold up to the theoretical maximum threshold. It is tried only up to the theoretical maximum threshold because even the aggressive merging can fail from reducing the number of regions under the user-defined upper limit. For example, there could be many user-defined non-contiguous regions that cannot be merged. The threshold based loop break condition is evaluated by comparing the threshold for the next merging try against the theoretical maximum threshold. If max_thres is larger than UINT_MAX / 2, doubling the threshold could make it overflow, and bypass the loop break condition. In the case, if the number of regions cannot be reduced under the upper limit like explained above, the loop will run infinitely. Prevent the case by doing the break condition check before doubling the threshold. Also, prevent the threshold exceeding the maximum threshold, as it could overflow and apply the wrong merge threshold. This issue is unlikely to occur in real world, since having the max_thres higher than UINT_MAX / 2 require unrealistically large aggregation intervals compared to the sampling interval. Also, it requires an unrealistically large number of uncontiguous regions setup. Nonetheless, the consequence is bad and the fix is simple. The issue was discovered [1] by Sashiko.
CVE-2026-80861 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: xhci: bail out of setup if the controller is inaccessible xhci_gen_setup() locates the operational registers using the capability length read from the very first register: xhci->op_regs = hcd->regs + HC_LENGTH(readl(&xhci->cap_regs->hc_capbase)); If the controller is dead or has dropped off the bus, that read returns ~0, HC_LENGTH() truncates it to 0xff, and op_regs ends up 0xff bytes past the page-aligned MMIO base, i.e. unaligned. The first access through it, xhci_halt() -> xhci_handshake() reading op_regs->status, is then an unaligned readl() on device memory. arm64 faults on unaligned device accesses, so instead of xhci_handshake() catching the all-ones value and returning -ENODEV, setup oopses: xhci-pci-renesas 0005:08:00.0: Unable to change power state from D3cold to D0, device inaccessible xhci-pci-renesas 0005:08:00.0: xHCI Host Controller xhci-pci-renesas 0005:08:00.0: new USB bus registered, assigned bus number 1 Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual address ffff80030a770103 ESR = 0x0000000096000021 FSC = 0x21: alignment fault Internal error: Oops: 0000000096000021 [#1] SMP pc : xhci_halt [xhci_hcd] Call trace: xhci_halt xhci_gen_setup xhci_pci_setup usb_add_hcd usb_hcd_pci_probe xhci_pci_common_probe xhci_pci_renesas_probe This was hit with a Renesas uPD720201 that failed to power up ("Unable to change power state from D3cold to D0, device inaccessible") yet still reached the HCD probe path. Read the capability register once, and if it reads back the all-ones value (as xhci_handshake() and xhci_reset() already test for), abort setup with -ENODEV before op_regs is derived from it. Reading it once also avoids re-reading a register that may change under a concurrent hot-removal.
CVE-2026-74294 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 7.3 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ASoC: meson: aiu: Validate written enum values The AIU HDMI and internal codec mux put callbacks use the written enum value with snd_soc_enum_item_to_val() before checking whether the value is valid for the enumeration. Reject out-of-range values before converting the enum item, matching the validation already done by the G12A HDMI and internal codec mux controls.
CVE-2026-72438 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 7.5 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: md/raid10: fix writes_pending and barrier reference leaks on discard failures raid10_make_request() acquires a writes_pending reference with md_write_start() before calling raid10_handle_discard(). Several failure paths in raid10_handle_discard() complete the bio and return without releasing the corresponding reference, causing md_write_end() to be skipped. Call md_write_end() before returning from these failure paths to keep writes_pending accounting balanced. Additionally, discard split allocation failures can occur after wait_barrier() succeeds. Those paths return without calling allow_barrier(), leaking the associated barrier reference. Release the barrier before returning from those paths.
CVE-2026-68289 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 6.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tipc: fix integer overflow in tipc_recvmsg() and tipc_recvstream() In tipc_recvmsg(), the copy length is computed as: copy = min_t(int, dlen - offset, buflen); buflen is size_t but min_t(int, ...) casts it to int. When buflen exceeds INT_MAX (e.g. 0xFFFFFFFF via io_uring provided buffers), it wraps negative, wins the comparison, and the negative copy length propagates to simple_copy_to_iter() where int-to-size_t promotion makes it SIZE_MAX, triggering a WARN_ON. tipc_recvstream() has the same pattern. Kernel panic - not syncing: kernel: panic_on_warn set ... RIP: 0010:simple_copy_to_iter+0x9e/0xd0 (net/core/datagram.c:521) Call Trace: __skb_datagram_iter+0x123/0x8b0 (net/core/datagram.c:402) skb_copy_datagram_iter+0x77/0x1a0 (net/core/datagram.c:534) tipc_recvmsg+0x3d7/0xe80 (net/tipc/socket.c:1934) io_recvmsg+0x47e/0xda0 Fix by changing min_t(int, ...) to min_t(size_t, ...) in both functions. The result is always <= (dlen - offset), which is bounded by TIPC maximum message size (0x1ffff bytes), so the implicit narrowing on assignment to int copy is always safe.
CVE-2026-94214 1 St Engineering Idirect 2 Evolution, Velocity Webserver Evolution 2026-09-21 4.3 Medium
A vulnerability was found in ST Engineering iDirect Evolution and Velocity WebServer Evolution up to 20260717. This affects an unknown part of the file /login.html of the component Management Service. Performing a manipulation of the argument Host results in open redirect. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
CVE-2026-18620 1 Redhat 2 Openshift Ai, Openshift Ai 3.3 2026-09-21 7.1 High
A flaw was found in Data Science Pipelines. A restricted user, or tenant, can exploit an improper authorization vulnerability in the setDefaultServiceAccount function. By specifying a more privileged ServiceAccount (SA) during a CreateRun request, an attacker can bypass authorization checks. This allows the tenant to run their containers with elevated privileges, potentially leading to the disclosure of sensitive information (secrets) and the ability to execute commands within other users' pods.
CVE-2026-63349 1 Agronholm 1 Anyio 2026-09-21 4.4 Medium
AnyIO is a high level asynchronous concurrency and networking framework that works on top of either Trio or asyncio. In 4.14.0, AnyIO accepts the POSIX extra_groups argument in anyio.run_process() and anyio.open_process(), but open_process() forwards the group argument to the backend instead of extra_groups. A caller that supplies extra_groups=[] to clear inherited supplementary groups can therefore launch a child that retains the parent process groups, undermining a privilege-dropping boundary. If group is also supplied, the integer group value is passed where an iterable of supplementary groups is expected and the launch can fail with TypeError. This issue affects POSIX applications that rely on AnyIO subprocess helpers to launch less-privileged child processes. This issue is fixed in version 4.14.2.
CVE-2026-62279 1 Hargata 1 Lubelog 2026-09-21 7.1 High
LubeLogger is a self-hosted, open-source, web-based vehicle maintenance and fuel mileage tracker. Prior to 1.6.8, an authenticated user could submit caller-controlled recordIds to the DuplicateRecordsToOtherVehicles endpoint while naming destination vehicleIds the user could edit. The endpoint authorized the destination vehicles but fetched source records in Controllers/VehicleController.cs without checking UserCanEditVehicle for each existingRecord.VehicleId. This missing source-vehicle authorization allowed service, collision, upgrade, fuel, tax, supply, note, odometer, reminder, plan, inspection, and equipment records belonging to another user to be copied into an attacker-controlled vehicle, exposing record contents and attachment paths and creating persistent copies. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.8.
CVE-2026-77385 1 Zoriya 1 Kyoo 2026-09-21 4.3 Medium
Kyoo is a self-hosted media server focused on movies, series, and anime. Prior to 5.1.0, a registered user with the core.play permission could supply a base64-encoded filesystem path to the transcoder. The path handling in transcoder/src/api/path.go cleaned the value and checked only that it began with Settings.SafePath before getHash processed it, while transcoder/src/api/streams.go served the accepted path without verifying a Kyoo catalog record. This missing catalog-level authorization allowed the user to retrieve hidden, temporary, operational, or other uncataloged files beneath the media directory when the path was known or guessed. This vulnerability is fixed in 5.1.0.
CVE-2026-77386 1 Zoriya 1 Kyoo 2026-09-21 6.5 Medium
Kyoo is a self-hosted media server focused on movies, series, and anime. Prior to 5.1.0, an unauthenticated attacker could initiate the OIDC login flow with an attacker-controlled redirectUrl. The login handling in auth/oidc.go stored that URL with the opaque login state, and /auth/oidc/logged/{provider} appended the provider, token, and error values before redirecting the victim's browser without validating the destination. Because the one-use token was not bound to the browser session that initiated login, an attacker who induced a victim to complete OIDC authentication could capture the token at the attacker-controlled destination and exchange it through /auth/oidc/callback/{provider} for the victim's Kyoo session. This issue is fixed in version 5.1.0.
CVE-2026-63458 1 Perses 1 Perses 2026-09-21 5.3 Medium
Perses is an open-source dashboard and visualization project for observability data. Prior to 0.54.0-beta.3, an authenticated user with viewer access to one project can supply another project through the project query parameter on project-scoped list endpoints, including /api/v1/projects/{project}/dashboards and /api/v1/datasources. The request-controlled project value is used to select dashboards, datasources, and variables without enforcing the caller's authorization for that selected project, which breaks project-level tenant isolation and exposes complete resource specifications belonging to other projects. This issue is fixed in version 0.54.0-beta.3.
