CVSS v3.1 |
| A local privilege escalation vulnerability in Thales SafeNet Authentication Client (SAC) SACSrv can allow an authenticated, non-administrator local user to trigger a heap-based buffer overflow through the service interface. Successful exploitation may allow arbitrary code execution with Local System privileges. This issue affects SAC releases up to and including 10.9 R3 GA (build 10.9.7449). |
| A time-of-check to time-of-use race condition in the SafeNet Authentication Client (SAC) SACSrv log-cleanup function can allow an authenticated, non-administrator local user to redirect a privileged file deletion operation outside the intended log
directory.
This issue affects SAC releases up to and including 10.9 R3 GA (build 10.9.7449). |
| A stack-based buffer overflow in Thales SafeNet Authentication Client (SAC) SIS token engine processing can be triggered by a malicious physical or software-emulated smart card. The issue can occur before authentication or PIN entry and may
cause a denial of service or potentially arbitrary code execution with the privileges of the affected process. Affected releases start with SAC 10.8 R7 and include SAC 10.9 R3 GA (build 10.9.7449). |
| Stack-based buffer overflow and missing
authorization vulnerability in Thales Sentinel Keys Server on Windows allows
Overflow Buffers. Sentinel Keys Server does not check the length of the first
field in the HTTP request. An attacker may craft an HTTP request and send it to
Sentinel Keys Server. It may lead to remote code execution as NT
AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.
This issue affects Sentinel Keys Server:
versions lower than 1.3.8.0. |
| Stack-based buffer overflow and out-of-bounds
write vulnerability in Thales Sentinel Keys Server on Windows allows Overflow
Buffers.
Sentinel Keys Server does not check the length of the first field in
the input message. A local attacker may craft an input and send it to Sentinel
Keys Server. It may lead to code execution as NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM enabling
local privilege escalation.
This issue affects Sentinel Keys Server: versions
lower than 1.3.8.0. |
| Improper Certificate Validation vulnerability in Thales SafeNet Agent for Windows Logon on Windows allows Signature Spoofing by Improper Validation.
This issue affects SafeNet Agent for Windows Logon: 4.0.0, 4.1.1, 4.1.2. |
| Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation (XSS or 'Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in Thales Sentinel LDK Runtime on Windows allows Stored XSS.
This issue affects Sentinel LDK Runtime: before 10.22. |
| A vulnerability in Thales CERT "Suspicious" application =< 1.3.4 allows a remote and unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code and arbitrarily overwrite writable application files—including Python modules, configuration files, cron inputs, and runtime artifacts—leading to a persistent denial of service, the potential compromise of application secrets or integrations, and root-level execution inside the Django application container.
This vulnerability has been names "Matryoshka Mail".

| Vulnerability on the external sharing feature in Cryptobox allows an attacker knowing a sharing link URL to retrieve information from the server allowing an offline brute-force attack of the access code associated to this sharing link. |
| Some devices of Thales DIS (formerly Gemalto, formerly Cinterion) allow Directory Traversal by physically proximate attackers. The directory path access check of the internal flash file system can be circumvented. This flash file system can store application-specific data and data needed for customer Java applications, TLS and OTAP (Java over-the-air-provisioning) functionality. The affected products and releases are: BGS5 up to and including SW RN 02.000 / ARN 01.001.06 EHSx and PDSx up to and including SW RN 04.003 / ARN 01.000.04 ELS61 up to and including SW RN 02.002 / ARN 01.000.04 ELS81 up to and including SW RN 05.002 / ARN 01.000.04 PLS62 up to and including SW RN 02.000 / ARN 01.000.04 |
| Network Transfer with AES KHT in Thales Luna EFT 2.1 and above allows a user with administrative console access to access backups taken via offline analysis |
| A flaw in the installer for Thales SafeNet Sentinel HASP LDK prior to 9.16 on Windows allows an attacker to escalate their privilege level via local access.
|
| A flaw in Thales SafeNet Authentication Client prior to 10.8 R10 on Windows allows an attacker to execute code at a SYSTEM level via local access. |
| A flaw in the Windows Installer in Thales SafeNet Authentication Client prior to 10.8 R10 on Windows allows an attacker to escalate their privilege level via local access. |
| Improper log permissions in SafeNet Authentication Service Version 3.4.0 on Windows allows an authenticated attacker to cause a denial of service via local privilege escalation.

| The embedded neutralization of Script-Related HTML Tag, was by-passed in the case of some extra conditions. |
| Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in SafeNet KeySecure allows an authenticated user to read arbitrary files from the underlying system on which the product is deployed. |
| A flaw in the previous versions of the product may allow an authenticated attacker the ability to execute code as a privileged user on a system where the agent is installed. |
| Improper Access Control of Dynamically-Managed Code Resources (DLL) in Thales Sentinel Protection Installer could allow the execution of arbitrary code. |
| Improper Access Control in Thales Sentinel Protection Installer could allow a local user to escalate privileges. |
